Phil has a tendency to focusing more on talking politics than on cutting clients hair, it got to the point where a client asked if he was on break because Phil was talking so much. He had about seven women working for him, now he's down to I believe three. Tendency years ago there were a couple people waiting with several women working but now very few people are going there and now you need an appointment. They took me as a walk in, and there was just a short wait. They offered coffee and water. Abanob, a master of his craft, gave me the best cut I have had in a very long time.
