Went to Phils for years, there were several women that gave excellent haircuts. One issue that I…read morehad was the constant talk about Trump and the Republican party. I pretty much was able to ignore it. Phil has a tendency to focusing more on talking politics than on cutting clients hair, it got to the point where a client asked if he was on break because Phil was talking so much. He had about seven women working for him, now he's down to I believe three. Tendency years ago there were a couple people waiting with several women working but now very few people are going there and now you need an appointment. This last Saturday they were open and no customers. I wonder how they feel about Trump now.

He's a man of few words. He took his time and I even got hot shaving cream for my neck. But I had the only chair in the shop with no mirror, nor was one offered when my cut was complete. When I got home I showered and could not find anything wrong. So hopefully it will be consistent the next time I go.
