I found out about this barber shop via word of mouth. It's owned by one barber (Marlowe) and he's the only barber right now, but he does a great job. I finally got the fade I've always wanted from this guy. He's very precise with his cuts, good with scissors, and lines everything up too. Being at this shop feels like an experience, it's like a place you can hangout in. For a barber shop in the southwest suburbs the design of the shop has got an urban feel to it, almost like this shop should be in a city like Chicago. Overall, I think this Barber shop is a diamond in the rough. Go get you hair cut by Marlowe. I promise you won't regret it! read more

Marlowe and Dom are true masters of their crafts. After moving back from downtown two years ago, I was never able to find a barber I could truly trust. I popped in to blendArt after googling nearby barbers and was set up with Dom. Since my very first haircut almost a year ago, every cut has been flawless and dead on to my requests. I'm very OCD and the kind of person to fix flaws myself after a haircut. Have yet to do this since being cut by Dom. Really nice guys at a steal of a price. They should have a flawless rating...yes there are currently only two of them but are always fair and friendly to walk-ins. If you're in a bind call ahead to see what their wait looks like, they're always quick to pickup. The other suggestion is don't paint yourself into a corner because you can't expect the best barbers not to be busy. read more

About 5 years ago I had been frequenting hair cuttery and great clips until they really messed up my hair. I was introduced to the owner/barber Marlowe shortly after through a friend and was thoroughly impressed at the detail put into my haircut. Since then I refuse to get my hair done elsewhere. Marlowe is an expert at his craft and a true pleasure to talk to. If you want to make an appointment make sure to try and book a week or so in advance. He really is that good. read more

Walk-ins welcome but if you don't have an online appointment you get skipped by one of the barbers and told that the next barber will pick you up but there's only two barbers and another guy walks in and the first barber says I have a 15 minute window I could take you now but I was there 20 minutes before that guy and I only needed a touchup and was over past because they were buddies This franchise is nothing but bullshit insured not even have a one star rating it should be -5 to all other people do not go to this place these guys are a joke read more

It is a one man shop that has gone from walk in to appointment only over the years. Had been doing the big chain shops just prior to starting here but never got comfortable with different people cutting my hair each time. heard about this place on fb and tried it out. marlowe does a great job and is really cool. he was even able to cut my 2yr old son's hair as well. my son usually moves around and doesn't like haircuts, but every time marlowe cuts my son's hair he is very relaxed. i highly recommend this place. read more
