My husband and I recently switched from being loyal customers to Martinizing in N PHX to this location which is nearer to our home. Prestige, so far, has been quick to get our cleaning in and back to us in a couple of days. Prestige has a delivery service, as well. I do think they are pricey, however, it's N. Scottsdale and what isn't. Does it get annoying? Yes. Is it convenient to have a place finally with good service near my home? Yes. Prestige also does alterations and I usually have to have just about every thing I buy altered. Unlike the other place we were loyal to for so many years, where the service was on the decline with value and time and turn around, I do appreciate when I am dropping off something to be altered and it is told to me that the seamstress is, for example, gone for say two weeks. It gives me the opportunity to decide if I want to wait that long. The best thing, besides the convenience is the turn around time and my not having to always check my laundry for damage. Something I had gotten in the habit of doing with the other place. I find the staff to be professional and kind and again.. fast! Pricing is high.. and I do wish that dry cleaners had some sort of loyalty system or discount on Wednesday or some sort of thing for loyalists! This place has gotten SO EXPENSIVE since the new owners took over - $350 for one week of cleaning! Not worth it! And then they fired a very loyal, customer service oriented employee - by text. Lupita was their best asset. New ownership - you've lost a longtime, loyal customer. Enough is enough. read more

January 2026 Prestige just purchased PRESSED Dry Cleaners in Carefree where I had both dry cleaning and shirts laundered, pressed, folded and boxed. the dry cleaning could be returned with more supportive hangers, with suit jacket being buttoned and having the arms lightly stuffed to keep its shape. The dress shirts could use s BUTTERFLY COLLAR support to prevent the crushing of the collar when being BOX PACKAGED with other shirts. In addition the SHIRT BOARDS are much to flimsy to keep the dress shirts looking fresh. Also, their cleaning drop-off bags are much too small and need to be LARGER. Lastly Prestige has raised the already high prices and added an unfair environmental charge. Service but NOT QUALITY SERVICE read more

I tried laundering a new King sized mattress pad and had to pull it out of my machine soaking wet, it was too bulky for my washer, and placed in garbage bags and drove over to Prestige Cleaners. I called ahead and they said they could wash and dry it for me, they were so pleasant, and I was able to pick it up today and they did a terrific job. The staff here is so pleasant and really helped me out! I highly recommend them for household items such as bedding, as well as all dry cleaning needs. read more

Based on workmanship and communication I give this 5 stars .. but based on price it's in the negative !! And the most expensive place I've used in north Scottsdale !! Wow !! I had tremendous sticker shock when I dropped 5 men's items ( 4 designer shirts and one pair of dress pants ) for PRESS ONLY .. done in the same day and notified by a prompt text ( actually finished earlier than promised ) I paid $40!!! I said this was press only ... she said yes .. dry cleaning is 15% more !!! read more

I have a really nice and expensive *white* blanket that I got as a gift, and I keep it on my bed. Well, my *black* dog LOVES this blanket, and has gotten it so dirty so many times, and has even been sick on it! But every time I take it in, they get me checked in quickly, and there are no hidden fees for the special messes that I bring them. If I could give them a 0 star I would. I brought in two chair covers to be cleaned. One of them needed a new zipper so they claimed that they dry cleaned them separately after the zipper was repaired. They were both were cream when I brought them in but when I picked them up, one was white and the other was cream. They claim that is how they got them which is impossible since they were a matching set. I have been taking my dry cleaning to another cleaners for 14 years without any issues. Prestige Cleaners is the worst dry cleaning business I've ever used. They charged me an insane amount to dry clean two coats and then ruined one of them. Then to top it off, they refused to pay to replace it and said they would send it to the manufacturer. I literally dropped it off in December 2014 and still haven't heard from them in June 2015. When we lived in Grayhawk we had nothing but an amazing experience with this Dry Cleaning business. The General Manager (Debbie) runs a tight ship, is so nice, always gives you the best customer service possible. We moved to the Desert Ridge area over two years ago, which is a 10+ minute drive away. After trying out multiple dry clean companies closer to our new house, we returned because we missed the quality of cleaning and customer service. This specific location for Prestige Cleaners has to be the very best dry cleaning operation in the Valley. If you need a dry cleaner, go here, nobody compares. read more

SUPER expensive! I dropped off 9 garments for same day service, they don't have set prices per garment so i didn't get a price at the time of drop off. How much could it be? Came back later that day to pick up and was charged $125!!! For 9 things, thats ridiculous, especially considering there are cleaners that will charge less than $3 per garment. read more
