Safe buy. I don't recommend the optional additional warranty "service", though, it's like $2,197 usd extra and I never even got proof of Purchase about it or any information on what I paid for it to cover. The woman that represented the co was much more courteous than the man who owned it, in my opinion (as he sold me the warranty, she sold me the utility SUV). I found it more affordable to supplement with AAA; it more conveniently supplements the needs of your vehicle. As for the vehicle itself, the pre-existing issues were not disclosed to me. Luckily they weren't necessities for it to run. I paid cash, I got no discount for doing so. All in all, I'd recommend the place to someone who knows a thing or two about or is looking for a non-luxury foreign vehicle from the mid 2000's, just before 2010, for a little bit too much money. HAHA. There was a bunch of those in stock when I purchased my '07 Toyota RAV4 in August of '24. Overall: 6.5/10 *'s.

Jordan, and Anthony missed out on the office party, and kept the office open just to finish our deal. They were celebrating their status as a #1 Dealership... this time I totally agree, and they are deserving. I was on a mission. I began an aggressive search for a car for my daughters 21st bday. I had one week to buy the car, but I was not desperate. My thought was cash speaks quite LOUDLY. Yet a dealership in Countryside acted like my cash was purple, and not green. Their lousy sales technique/person turned into a Blessing for Phillips, AND my daughter. She is always on the go- I don't understand why she thinks "broke, and grown can co-exist". Yet, 21 year olds think they have a world to run. Nonetheless I needed my Road Warrior in a safe used car, with low miles. I absolutely refused to buy her a new car- plus after getting my new car in 2023 my pocketbook was saying... OH NO Sweetie- we are on a budget! With that in mind the hunt began.... I picked Phillips Chevrolet by accident, after I had a horrific experience with that other dealership. The night before I paid the other dealership $18,800 cash for a 2023 Altima (pretty as it was- the test drive was blah, and it was a rental- yuck). The salesperson, and her manager made me so angry- that I canceled the wire after they argued with me- and refused- to make me a 2nd key. Phillips didn't argue about ANYTHING. They showed me a fabulous used car- a 2022 Corolla with low miles. It was a $400 difference, and the BEST $400 I have spent. I left the dealership laughing with the manager (Anthony), hugging the salesman (Jordan), and promising to buy all my future cars from them. When Rami told me the price- he did not haggle with me. He was straightforward and I respected their position on the pricing. They went down a few hundred, but couldn't any further--- it was already below market value. I got up left, and called my husband for his opinion. My husband checked and said it was way under priced, so I went back to the dealership for the car. My brother who is a large man- gave it a hell of a test drive- through the back woods, fast turns, up hills, etc. I fussed at him for shaking up the car. He said it was a strong car, that rode smoothly. I felt good that they weren't selling me a lemon. To guarantee they weren't - we negotiated to include the extended bumper to bumper warranty. I went back the next day to pick up a clean, freshly washed car. As a contrast- my nervous were horrible at the other dealership I was anxious/ uncomfortable when I signed, and second guessed myself all throughout the deal. Whereas, I was thrilled and excited about the car from Phillips Chevrolet. I gladly wired them the $19,000 + and took photos of my car. After taking photos with everyone, and my brother getting his $100 referral (which he didn't share with me :(-- LOL. My husband came to thank them for not causing me to "snap off" like the other dealership. He said - now he can have Peace in the House. After the hugs, photos, and jokes they gifted me with sweatshirts, hats, keychains, and bags. Now I can buy a big red bow, and give it to my daughter. I'm making her wear the sweatshirt and hat for the photos. SIDEBAR: Out of the last 5 car purchases I have made in 7 years- this was the absolute BEST experience ever!!!!     I bought a brand new dump truck from them back in December, they ran my credit three times. I had a…read more850 credit score, it took them all day long to do the deal, I still cannot license plate on my because they will not send the proper paperwork to the state. I've called multiple times and have a whole stack of emails that they are not smart enough to figure out they need to send the paperwork from the outfitter to the state to show. It was a complete when I bought it so I can get license , our is currently writing a paperwork so we can lawsuit for them to buy the truck back and reimbursed for the rental of the truck we've been renting because I can't put license on the truck. I bought stay away from this dealer at all cost if you're buying a commercial vehicle.
