Absolutely do NOT buy the warranty. The warranty company they use is a complete scam (google BBB or other review sites for Penn Warranty). For $2,000 they do not accept any claims, even when you send photos of burnt radiators. It's impossible for them to accept the claims. I wish I was still able to get refunded or at least have OT put the amount I spent on the "warranty" towards my principle of my loan. Shame on you guys for promoting a con-scheme.

Over the years, I have financed two vehicles and leased two vehicles through this dealership. My husband and I have also recommended the dealership to others, including a customer who ultimately purchased a vehicle and has unfortunately experienced issues with that vehicle since the purchase. Because of our long-standing relationship with this dealership, I expected much better service, communication, and accountability. In April 2026, I paid nearly $4,000 for repairs to my vehicle. Less than a month later, my check engine light came back on. Because I was concerned about having another major issue so soon after spending almost $4,000, I took the vehicle elsewhere for a second opinion. I was informed that the timing chain should have been replaced during the previous repairs or, at minimum, that I should have been advised that replacing it was recommended. Had that recommendation been made at the time, I could have made an informed decision and potentially avoided paying for another major repair shortly afterward. What has made this situation even more frustrating is my interaction with the dealership's owner. After discussing my concerns with him, I was under the impression that he was going to look into the situation. Based on my subsequent interactions, I do not believe that happened, despite being told otherwise. I would have much rather received an honest answer than feel as though my concerns were simply being dismissed. After being a loyal customer for more than a decade, financing and leasing multiple vehicles, spending thousands of dollars on repairs, and even referring business to this dealership, this experience has been extremely disappointing. My concern isn't simply that a vehicle with higher mileage needed another repair. I understand that vehicles require maintenance and that additional problems can occur. My concern is that I spent nearly $4,000 on significant engine work, the check engine light returned less than a month later, and another professional subsequently told me that the timing chain should have been addressed or at least recommended during the earlier repair. Long-term customers should be able to expect transparency, thorough recommendations, and accountability--especially when thousands of dollars are being spent on repairs. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in a dealership that my family had trusted and supported since 2015.
