Rob did what no other electrician could-Literally!…read more In a span of two years, I had three other "top rated" electricians come to my house and diagnose a blown blower motor on my roof, charge me a diagnosis fee, but inform me in the end that they cannot repair anything on the roof. I have a Thermador range and exhaust hood with a blower motor located on my roof surrounded by solar panels. Rob did not hesitate or give any doubt in regards to fixing the motor. He safely assembled a bridge over my panels, disassembled the blower, ordered all the necessary parts, (motor, capacitor, and vibration mounts). We'd never had a single electrical problem before, so with our house on the market, we wanted it checked out quickly. The first electrician spent more time telling me he "didn't need my business" than actually diagnosing the problem. His solution? Replace a bunch of outlets, add a GFCI, and hand me a quote for nearly $1,000--with a 1-2 week wait. Then I found Cavanaugh Construction. After seeing recommendation after recommendation on Facebook, I reached out. Eric texted me back within minutes! He had finished his job earlier than expected so he was able to show up that same day--tools in hand, smiling, and all charged up! Within minutes, he had accurately diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and replaced the GFCI he determined we truly needed and troubleshot the outlet issue.
