I called to inquire about a cover that I left in one of the dryers and she hung up in my face and would not go check she told me to just come up there with a nasty rude attitude and I did not like it at all. In business customer service is everything and the customer service that I received was horrible nasty and atrocious she is doing horrible for that store and she will be the reason why people quit coming in the business will plunder.

I will start by saying the maids are normally great and do a great job. Unfortunately, the business…read moreowner is not. The maids were almost 4 hours late because he overbooked them and didn't communicate. That means my whole day got placed on hold and I only have one day off a week. When I told him this was unprofessional, inconvenient, and poorly communicated, he then turned it around on me and said I have been late in my payments (during hurricane Harvey?!?). Otherwise all payments have been within 24 hrs. And quite frankly, that argument is unrelated- as a business owner if your people are late, call as soon as you know they're going to be late and apologize. Apparently those expectations are too high...

Reading the reviews I have to wonder why all the bad ones for this company are "Not recommended"…read moreand therefore not a part of their star rating system. For that reason I give 1 star even though they probably earned 2 1/2 VERY disappointing service. Sent 3 women which should have been a good thing as we have one of the 3 story Neartown houses. But several things were not dusted, work table in office, one bedside table (of 2), 3 window sills, one side of entertainment center, etc. I caught 2 things and they flipped a rag back over them but cannot catch all of this while they were rushing to leave. I did see they cleaned the master shower only as far as the shortest of the ladies could reach, leaving a foot of obviously dirty shower glass on both sides that have glass, I told the women in charge, only one who spoke English, and she told one of the girls in Spanish. The young lady dashed off while I was paying (Cash only is a red flag Israel) and then came back down so fast and zoomed out the door, that I knew there was no way. When I asked her how that could have been done so quickly she replied, she is really good! And was outside and away herself. The shower had not been touched, nor the spotty faucets in the bathroom, but the previous spotty large faucet in the kitchen was now sparkling! Obvious shower somehow translated to kitchen faucet. the rest of the house was ok but aside from the kitchen faucet nothing was really well cleaned. And I never have found my reading glasses in the nice zip up case that were on my desk that morning.....

It has been over a year and there have been no leaks whatsoever. They were very professional, polite and fast. They cleaned up everything. I would not hesitate to hire them again and would recommend their work to anyone needing any type of roofing.

Cypress Cleaning Team has saved the day! I am new to the moving in/out process of rental…read moreproperties. My husband and I failed to read the fine print on the move out checklist, which read "the home must be professionally cleaned". At this point our belongings were moved out. We just needed to clean. Our official move date was 2 Days away so we still had time. Around 3AM, I jumped on Yelp to search housekeeping services. Upon my search a questionnaire popped up. I input the necessary information (service date, square footage)etc. Like magic a mass message was sent to available businesses. I received a response from The owner 2hrs later. What luck!! Two of her staff members were available to stop by at 7pm the same day! I shared the smart lock code, the team arrived promptly- I know this because we get notifications. The flat fee worked within our budget. I submitted my payment after the job was complete via Zelle. My husband stopped by the next day, he forgot his car vacuum. The team was kind enough to leave it on the countertop in the kitchen. He walked through the house to review their work, everything was spotless. The upstairs carpet had those cleaning streaks - so you know they put in some hard work. The rest of the house was well done, all I can say is that I am grateful for this business responding to my request so last minute. With Thanksgiving being just days away I was lucky they responded to my service request so last minute.

I cannot say enough great things about Geovanny with City & Beyond Handyman Services! He recently…read morecompleted my master shower renovation, and the transformation exceeded my expectations. I'm 6'1", and since purchasing my home in 2015, I've never felt comfortable using the master shower because it was simply too small for me. I primarily used my guest shower because it offered more space. I can literally count on two hands how many times I've used my master shower over the years--and since I don't take baths at all, the tub was basically wasted space. When I explained my vision to Geovanny, I told him I wanted to remove the tub, extend the shower, and create a spacious, spa-like feel. Boy, did he deliver! He took the vision I had in my head and brought it to life beautifully. The new shower feels completely different--open, comfortable, luxurious, and exactly what I wanted. The renovation did take longer than we initially anticipated, but the finished result was well worth the wait. Quality work takes time, and I'm extremely happy with the final product. I've worked with Geovanny on several other projects throughout my home, and he delivers top-notch results every single time. He has definitely become my go-to person for home projects. 10/10 -- I highly recommend Geovanny and City & Beyond Handyman Services, and I will absolutely continue using him for future projects!
