Stopped by while traveling. Ordered a turkey melt with crisp bacon. What I got was one round very small and thin piece of lunchmeat , one 3 inch piece of almost raw bacon and some sort of melted cheese on a marbled rye bread. It was pretty unbelievable that any "cook" would serve such an empty sandwich. It was more like two pieces of bread with the flavor of turkey but zero bacon flavor. Don't bother stopping, keep driving. No wonder at lunch, the place was not busy. Waitress kept trying to defend by saying that they have specific portions for sandwiches. Nope, not good enough. I'd rather eat at McDonalds. read more

Probably the best sports bar in Mount Pleasant. Prices are decent and food is pretty good. The fries are awesome and the veggie burger ain't bad. They've got 2 pool tables and shuffleboard which is pretty cool. Sit inside or outside, would be a great place to watch a game. read more

When we first arrived there was a sign that said to seat yourself. It was difficult to find a table that was clean and free of crumbs. We had to ask the waitress to wipe it off before handing us menus. I ordered the Heisman, which is essentially a buffalo chicken sandwich with bacon. The bacon was clearly microwaved, the bun felt hard and cold along with the pepper jack cheese that wasn't even melted, the chicken looked like it had been cooked the day before and just reheated in the microwave. There was absolutely no sauce on it. I didn't even eat it. The waitress was kind enough to remove it from our bill. I give it 1 star because the crinkle fries were good. We will never go back. I went on a Monday night so it was not that busy. I wanted some steak and a place to watch the footbsll game. I got in and sat away from the crowd. The game was on so I sat around for 5 minutes until one of the waitresses came over. We exchanged greetings and I ordered a rib eye steak medium rare. I also decided to order a beer while I waited and watched the game. I got my salad a couple minutes later. About 15 minutes later, my food arrived. As I sliced down the middle to see how my steak was, it was just the way I wanted, medium rare. I was so happy that I decided to eat it all. I usually take food home or not finish it if I do not like it as much. I ate everything on the plate including the brown gravy and mashed potatoes. I will definently go back there whenever I am craving some steak. Good for groups and independent dining/drinking. read more

Went to this spot after it was suggested by one of the locals. Went to the bar to order a drink to take outside and sit on the patio. Woman bartending told us that our waitress will take care of getting our drinks. We went outside. Waitress came a few minutes later and took our drink orders. After 10 minutes (and no drinks) several motorcycle riders came in and filled the patio up with patrons. They placed their drink orders and promptly received their drinks. (We still don't have our drinks) We waited another 5 minutes and decided that if drinks were going to take this long then food would probably be much longer to get... By this time we still haven't ordered food or received our drinks. 20 minutes and we left. 4 people x $20. each for food and drinks... $80. X 20% tip... Around $100 that we didn't spend there. read more

My wife and I are sitting here now. First timers. We are both very impressed with the warm and friendly wait staff and atmosphere. The drinks are so refreshing, just like the experience of finally getting out again! So far we've had the un-breaded wings which were unbelievably tender and yet so crispy at the same time. What just arrived at the table was the Heisman and Best Ball sandwiches. Man they're good! The Heisman really has some heat to it, and the pulled pork in the Best Ball is super good! As always the food was outstanding and we would have been pleased to leave 5 stars, but the older waitress who served us was rude and appeared to purposely ignore us. When she did serve us she complained about being over worked and swamped. To which we replied, that's not our problem. We had to call upon another member of the wait staff to finish out our visit. I dislike this place but there isn't much else in this town. Mostly I have a problem with the snooty service girls that don't seem to want to wait on you. The food is hit or miss. Some stuff they do pretty well like sandwiches which is one of the few reasons I can see this place plugs along. It is a good place to watch a game, there are quite a few tvs. They are open on Sunday which is why I found myself there again. If I felt like driving I would go elsewhere. read more

Don't waste your time, I already wasted enough of mine. Showed up at the end of the 1st quarter, waitress wasn't bad, but was in a rush of fake haste. We had a fried cauliflower app that didn't match the description on the menu, it was supposed to be a cheddar cheese breading, I was just plain breading. Asked for hot sauce, had to go to the bar to get some after a long wait. Left early in the 3rd quarter after waiting nearly an hour for an 8oz ribeye with coleslaw that never came out. I asked what was going on w/my ribeye & was told "it's coming". I ordered medium rare, canceled it the 3rd time I saw my waitress come by without it. We were then accosted by a woman who, I'm guessing was the manager or owner. She asked what was wrong with my steak. I said I never got it. Her; well you ordered it. We just got thru a big rush. Me; ok, well I ordered it medium rare an hour ago & never got it. Her; Well you ordered it! Did you see how busy our patio was? Me; that's fine, have a nice day, we won't be back. We left with her walking away & throwing her hand up, I couldn't tell if there was a middle finger included, but either way, this place is a shit hole with mediocre food that fits the description from other reviews. Even the TV setup was shitty with the placement of them. The swivel stools at our table slid under the table when you turned & almost knocked the table over. I should've taken a pic of all the empty tables that hadn't been cleared, neat story, good thing you're busy out on the patio, I guess. read more

By far the worst restaurant I have EVER been to. After sitting down the waitress walked past us multiple times with out ever even acknowledging us. Finally got some help and ordered drinks we'll go figure the worst cocktail ever. Then when food came out it was cold and tasting like it was cooked a week ago and left out. Do your self a favor and stop and get your self some top ramen as is will be 100x better then this place read more

This was a clean, comfortable establishment. The menu was exactly what you'd expect from a bar and grill. I liked the fact that you could add a fried egg to any of the sandwiches. The burgers were very much on the greasy side, which would have been perfect on a late booze filled night. Not so much for a Sunday lunch. read more

I've been coming to this place for about a year now. I can honestly say I've had more bad encounters then good ones. The food is good but the servers and managers are very unprofessional. Today I ordered over the phone and the women that I spoke with got upset with me because I asked for my food to be made fresh! I proceeded to speak to a manager and turns out the rude ass woman was the manager!!! Everyone knows that food establishments don't always make fresh food (unfortunately) so I just wanted to be sure and she had the audacity to get upset! I tried to explain that my food wasn't fresh from a previous encounter and she said that was my fault for picking up the food late, which I never have! I live 5 minutes away and leave out as soon as I order. Not only was the manager rude, she assumed. I won't be spending my money or time here again. read more
