The tow driver was courteous and skilled; he diagnosed the cause of the breakdown before loading our car onto his truck - with our full load of camping equipment and rooftop kayak. The search for repair parts was already underway by the time we arrived at the garage. Although the part needed to come 60 miles, the repair was completed by the next afternoon, at an astonishingly reasonable cost. The service manager went beyond the usual call of duty to make sure we were well taken care of at all points in this transaction.

Mike at Electronics Express has used every excuse in the book to avoid doing any work. His truck broke down, it was raining, it was snowing, he was sick, his van was full, he got busy on other jobs. Three months later he has stopped answering calls - not just from me, but from LG, as well. They don't even know whether he is still in business. Stay far away from this scam artist.

I contacted Bob's Bar Harbor Auto Repair and although they were stuffed with work they allowed me to bring in the vehicle so that they could take a look. Within 30 minutes they had the issue identified. They ordered the part and had it installed a day earlier than what was estimated. Wilder and Nate were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
