I can't say enough good things, nor recommend with greater enthusiasm Nate Butler, of Butler Built…read moreHomes and Projects. This basement renovation was a true collaboration, and I could not be more happy with the results. Nate is everything you're looking for and didn't think you could find in a contractor. He returns calls quickly, works within your budget, works with you to execute your "wants," shows up on time, keeps the work area clean and safe, and produces fantastic results. He is mindful, thoughtful and highly skilled. Everyone loves his work, and so do I. Thank you Nate and Chris.

I hired Curtis to help get my father's house back into a liveable state. My father was a vietnam…read morevet and our family suffered greatly for it. I signed three contracts with him and put half the amount down, a little over $18k. I know now never to put money down on a contract until it's finished but I am new to this and did not know. I had a very scary medical event (I'm a single woman) that caused me to go into the hospital for 14 days. Someone drugged my well without my knowledge, and hacked into my network and got into many of my accounts almost wiping me out. I almost lost my life. All my animals suffered along with me as well. My dog went blind right after and has had kidney issues since. He walked away from the job after and has not been back since. He took advantage of my situation and slandered me to other people tarnishing my name. So now I still have a front door I cannot close and lock and a house still in desperate repair with three projects started and just sitting there and I cannot afford to hire anyone else to finish what he started. It's been more than a year since he walked away. He said he was coming back at one point but then ghosted me after. I guess I'm out a whole lot of money now, and stuck with a house still in need.

I will give Craig from Perfect Pair Property Care a 4 star rating. I hired him to build a small…read morecabin and he did an excellent job while I was there. He did some of the most precise cuts I've seen from a carpenter. I was going to give him a fantastic review. When I had to leave early, he went ahead an booked jobs before finishing the siding. A month later and the job is only half done. He did get Covid, but if he didn't overbook with other customers, the job would have been finished. Dispite some stress he did an amazing job.
