The tow driver was courteous and skilled; he diagnosed the cause of the breakdown before loading our car onto his truck - with our full load of camping equipment and rooftop kayak. The search for repair parts was already underway by the time we arrived at the garage. Although the part needed to come 60 miles, the repair was completed by the next afternoon, at an astonishingly reasonable cost.
