It was so bad you could literally wiggle the tire back and forth with ease. It was on the verge of breaking off WHILE DRIVING. This was a Monday, they called the auto part shop placed the order for the parts and my jeep was fixed by Weds that week. They even gave me a ride home because the jeep was our only vehicle and I lived a little distance from the shop! They went above and beyond for me. Even picked me back up once the jeep was finished. Very good people. Prompt at getting you in and getting what needs to be done, done on your vehicle. Good about getting the best "affordable" option for parts without "slacking" on the quality of the parts. Very honest with you. Answered all my questions. I plan on taking my jeep back to this auto shop again. I had an excellent experience with this place.
