So pleased with this interaction I came back later in the week for a pair of trailer tires - not only did they have the desired sizes, the prices were significantly lower than other area stores that were out of stock. Very appreciative of the efforts and communication with everyone I spoke with at the shop. Definitely would recommend.

They sent the owner over with a portable charger, and started us right up! We love these guys, and would refer them to everyone!

I only found out after noticing the damage and questioning them, at which point they finally admitted responsibility. What followed was weeks of battling with their corporate office and insurance company, only for them to decide they wouldn?t cover the damage after all. The lack of honesty, accountability, and customer service is shocking. If you value your vehicle and your peace of mind, take your business elsewhere!

Truth us, he had me over a barrel if he wanted to. Instead, he charged me $25 to run the diagnostic and explain I had nothing to worry about. While his guys checked things out, I spoke to a local getting her car serviced. She said Skip was excellent and honest and fair. I found this to be true. Just more empty words like "we care" but no action to date. She said that the manager, Dan, would contact, but...he probably remembers how upset I was when his coworker, Matt, made fun of me for being ignorant about the part they replaced. All in all, it's really best to avoid this company. They took advantage of me, plain and simple. Original Review: Zero stars if possible. Despite my private emails to corporate, which I sent in order to give them a chance to address their errors, I encountered the same lack of respect for my time and property. This company refused to honor the warranty on their previous work, and my car is still experiencing issues that should have been fixed when I paid for the service the first time! The last straw was my seat not being reset to its original position upon return of my vehicle. Such an oversight, especially when corporate told me that it was "unacceptable" when it happened once before...It may seem like a petty issue, but the principle of the matter is an overt lack of respect. If you've got money to burn, go here. They'll definitely burn you!
