    Chili relleno plate.

Amazing red chili relleno plate. No crowd, good atmosphere, great service. Highly recommend, we will be back

Adorable small town diner. Waitress reminds me of the idillic Mexican mom. So sweet, won't stop moving, adorable! Food is nummy! Just enough spice, nice kick especially to the green sauce. Plates are overflowing, everything looks fresh. Fast service. Huge sopapillas. This was a good decision!

New Mexico, land of Enchanted food, and Presciliano's doesn't disappoint. Delicious food, clean restaurant and friendly folks. We saw many locals picking up take out while were there, which always says a lot. We had the Mexican Steak, the green chili sauce was so good and spicy as well

We stopped by hoping for some authentic red and green chili before leaving New Mexico on our cross country drive, and Precilliano's did not disappoint! We ordered the Gorditos with beef and the Chicharron & Bean Burritos. Delicious! And the fresh sopapillas with honey? Yum.

Can't get much better. Lots of tender carne adovada. Nearly the best I've ever had. The beans were perfect and rice flavorful. The staff was friendly and so attentive! Excellent meal!

We sat at the empty booth and were ignored for 20 minutes before leaving.

The huevos rancheros were good. Service was fine. Everything was as you would expect. Generic but reliable for a good price.

Finally we figured it had been put on the wrong side of the Main Street so we went the other way and ended up hungry and ready for a drink and dinner. The only negative is that I couldn't get a margarita other than the wine margaritas they have. Since there is a sweet and sour mix in them I went for a white wine instead and it was perfect for the day. We ordered our drinks and chips and guacamole to get started while we looked at the menu. Our server was super and we sat on the patio in the shade which was lovely. There was plenty of shade for the hot day. To stave off our hunger while we looked at the menu we ordered the chips and salsa with guacamole. The salsa was fabulous as was the rest but I had to comment on the salsa because so often these days it's just too tomato-y or bland. This was flavorful and had a bit of spice. For dinner, we ordered the steak tampiquena and I would get it again. Savory, perfectly cooked and hearty. Check this place out if you are visiting!

I had hoped to order sopapillas but we were there too early for them to be making them. As we were asking for the check, our server Leticia came by and asked if I still wanted a sopapilla. Not very hungry, I ordered a Frito Pie (what I consider a small dish that is always ok, but nothing special. ) First, this came with a large bowl of beans and ground beef in the best red chile I've ever tasted. After over eating at the restaurant, I brought half of this dish home for another meal. My wife had a small ground beef stuffed sopapilla with green chile. She said it was excellent and also had leftovers. My daughter had the Enchiladas Especial with Christmas and said it was outstanding as well. Dinner finished with three large and delicious sopapillas and honey. Service was excellent, the ambiance of the restaurant comfortable and relaxing. I can imagine there may be times we will drive up from Albuquerque just for a truly amazing New Mexican meal.

They have a very nice outside patio with umbrellas and also an indoor dining area. The bathroom is inside the kitchen, so you will see them cooking if you have to go. Luckily we arrived before the place got completely packed. I ordered the chicken blue corn enchiladas with green chile and an over medium egg on top. This came with posole and beans on the side. All this for $16. The enchiladas were stacked and they were packed with chicken. A very nice bite to the chile and egg yolk completed the flavors. Posole and beans were hot and well seasoned. A filling and flavorful lunch. Well worth the stop. Just a note: they aren't opened on Sundays. Monday through Saturdays, lunch is served from 10:30 until 3 PM and supper from 5 to 9 PM. A Texan waiting for the bathroom told me he always orders exactly what I ordered. I would highly recommend it.

I got to the hamburger joint only to find out it is drive through/takeout only. So I returned here and managed to snag a parking spot that had just opened up.. It looked promising from the big smiles on people leaving. I went in and the large party just in front of me was just getting seated. But it took me a while to get seated because I wasn't noticed. Once seated, it took another long while for a server to appear with chips and a very tasty salsa which proved the best part of the meal. Looking over the menu and the "tourist"Mexico decor and colors, I could tell it was distributor-driven. The beers and the desserts had obviously been distributor "suggestions". My experience over the last 35 years eating out on the road several hundred times a year made it obvious. I decided on a burrito plate and asked the server which chile was spiciest. He said the red was very spicy so I went with the burrito chile colorado. C'mon dude, this is New Mexico! That chile wasn't spicy at all! Utterly bland is the word! So dinner was a big disappointment.. When I was done, I was asked if I wanted dessert. I asked if anything was homemade. Nothing. It all came industrially produced by a food service company. This place is not my style. I won't be back.
