If you're looking for someone to handle drywall/painting, then you should just stop looking -- call…read moreAnthony and his team now. I've hired them twice -- once after we needed a massive amount of drywall repair and then a second time that required quite a bit of indoor painting in our house. Anthony and his team are one of the few contractors I've hired over the years that has been incredibly responsive, accomodating, and always on time. He communicated well, and he or his team were always on site within 15 minutes of stated arrival. When he couldn't fit the large job in his schedule in the next 2-3 weeks, he volunteered to come out and paint our nursery that weekend on his own time so that we could get that room situated before the arrival of our baby. The crews were clean, great with our animals, and were easy to work with (and around). All for a very reasonable price. Seriosly, stop looking at more reviews and just call.

We couldn't be happier with choosing Pezzotti Painting for our house makeover! The owner, Anthony,…read morecame by to have a look at our home and listened to what we wanted to have done. He came back to us that same day with a fair quote and was very responsive and friendly with the several follow-up questions we asked in the next days. His brother Dominic and other employee, Blake, were the ones that actually did the work in our home over the course of 9 days. They started by removing some wall paper and then spent numerous hours filling countless holes and cracks in our walls and ceilings. They tried to seal off the areas they were working in in order to minimize the dust as much as possible. They were very diligent at filling all the cracks and holes and smoothing them out so that they were no longer visible. They did several ceilings, a few bedrooms, trim, a living room, kitchen, and hallways, including two staircases. We actually added to the scope of work a couple of times and they were very accommodating. As we were working from home the entire time they were doing the job, we saw first hand how hard they worked throughout the day. They even came back for an extra couple of hours one day to make sure a blemish was fixed. They really went the extra mile, giving it their all and the results showed. We are very happy with how everything turned out! On top of a great outcome, it was a pleasure having them in our home. They were very respectful and friendly, and did a better job of cleaning up at the end of each day than any other contractors we have had in our home. Without hesitation, we recommend Pezzotti Painting! We certainly plan on calling them back for future painting projects! Thank you!!

The home my husband and I purchased in November of 2018 has a deck that has never been stained or…read morepainted. We determined quickly that this was a project we were going to pay someone to do - there was enough other stuff that we had to do ourselves! So in the beginning of March, 2019 I set out to get estimates from four separate businesses with the intention that when the spring rolled around I would end up being one of the first outdoor projects in the queue. John McGuire was the first one to respond to my voicemail and he also happened to issue the most inexpensive quote (by an easy $300-400 dollars). He also was happy (or seemed happy enough) to respond to my 10,000 questions. It seemed like each time a new person came out to quote my deck I ended up emailing John with more questions. (What's the difference between spraying and rolling stain? How often does this have to be redone? Do you have issues with overspray? How much of a deposit do you require? Do you provide any guarantee? Can we do multiple colors?) John was very responsive and patient with my questions. An owner of a different paint business refused to give me a quote at all without fully replacing all floorboards on my deck. According to him the boards were so worn and close together that staining them would prevent all drainage between the slats. Now that my floorboards are done I can say that this person was full of sh!t because I can see spaces between each board, even with the stain applied. I have no drainage problem, as he predicted I would. A different person who I also got a quote from, when asked about any sort of guarantee, responded via text message: "I am a CHRISTIAN there is no better guarantee than that!" Needless to say, I am a "written guarantee" sort of girl and I recognize that lots of really terrible human beings are Christian, so his response sealed his fate of not being hired. John was an easy choice for us, all things considered, but I'd be lying if I didn't say there was a little trepidation. You always hear about people picking the lowest quote for work and then realizing that "you get what you pay for." After some false starts (because of the INSANE weather) John's brother, Joe, finally started the deck on Tuesday, June 4th. On day 1 he stained almost all of my spindles and railings. On day 2 he finished the spindles and started on my floorboards. On day 3 he basically finished everything except for the lattice work. Joe was a really sweet guy and a very hard worker. Not that I cared, but he worked with headphones on as opposed to bringing a radio. Every person I've had doing work on my house has blasted music while they work, but Joe was extra courteous and only used his headphones. We had to take a pause for a few days because of weather again, and the plan was for John to come out and finish the lattice by spraying it. However, I came home from work to find Joe hand-painting the lattice. He said that John had been in a car accident and couldn't make it, so Joe essentially finished the lattice by hand. There was about a 2-foot section behind my steps that he couldn't reach so we had to wait for John to recuperate before he could finish spraying. The project was completely, 100% finished on June 21st. At the end of the day my deck looks a thousand times better and I think we got a lot of bang for our buck. John was excellent at responding very quickly to emails and I highly recommend him for your outdoor painting/staining needs!
