This coffee shop is located inside the Sahara. It's adjacent to Starbucks. It's very convenient since it's right downstairs from our room. The male server during the morning shift was very friendly and accommodating., while his female coworker was the opposite. Their coffee is regular and pastries are pretty good, I like the guava danish I had. We were surprised they charge $1.09 for a cup of water and throw some attitude into it from the female worker. The food at Prendi was delicious, and every employee I interacted with--except one--was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, Karla's customer service was disappointing from the moment I reached the counter. After I'd already been waiting in line for at least 10 minutes, she skipped over me and helped another customer who had just walked up and was still looking at the food display. When I told her I had been waiting in line first, she dismissed me, and when the cashier pointed out that I had been waiting, Karla raised her voice and insisted she was going to take the other customer's order instead. I would happily return for the food and the excellent service from the rest of the staff, but I hope management addresses this behavior because no customer should be treated that way. read more

While not remarkable on its own, this is a good option to use any Sahara resort credits that were part of your room rate. It's also good for late night, reasonably priced snacks and sweets. We got our coffee here almost every morning when the lines were long at the Starbucks across the hall (although they don't seem to open until 2pm Tuesday- Thursday). Their $5 fresh fruit cup was a great deal and very fresh. The Cuban sandwich was tasty but greasy. Good chocolate croissant. Coffee was okay and service was very friendly and efficient. read more

Rating is primarily for their service which I find to be good. All of their workers were very kind and informative. I probably spent an upwards of $50 total on just water while staying at the Sahara cause they sell evian for $5 per bottle. Their gelato is tasty and only $8.50 for a pretty large serving which makes me think it may not be authentic. Still tasty however. I had their chicken pesto panini and caesar salad as well. I didn't really like the chicken on the panini as it was bland. And the salad dressing was super tart to me. I had one of their double chocolate chip cookies which was scrumptious. I did want to try more of their pastries but I wasn't sure how often they bake them. This is a nice grab and go if you simply need a quick bite. read more

Prendi is the safe haven of the sahara. Its the mirage in the middle of the desert, except that its real. Lets face it, when in vegas, you try budgeting as best as you can. Prendi allows you to do that without compromising quality. The desserts are astoundingly rich and delicious. A big win for the little guy. Craving a hot pressed panini and 3am? Very limited menu. Just 3 sandwiches on the menu. Had the Cuban Panini and the beef and cheddar melt. Both kind of greasy, but were warm and relatively flavorful. They use microwaves to warm them, not the greatest especially on bread. One thing which made choose is that Sahara LV has so deli/or coffee shop open late at night, and zero room service. read more

According to the website the early morning hours were a special for July. They open at 6am, an hour after Starbucks at 5. Was a very appreciated time for a convention goer. The heated breakfast burrito was done in a way that made the tortilla crisp, which is different from most places, and was an appreciated texture first thing in the morning. They also heated the croissant, which is something i've not seen often, but was welcome. With it being a seasonal opening, i can't say much about their usual offerings, but at 6am they opened on time and were welcoming. I don't have long on my trip, but I will probably stop there again for breakfast tomorrow. The night version from 4PM-4AM is even better They have a gigantic $8 gelato that allows you to get two flavors. Bumps it up to a 5 star automatically for the generous portions. The gelato is thick enough to snap spoons, and they gave me two after my first one broke which was quite nice of them. read more

It's fabulous to have late nite munchies in the Sahara Hotel. Let's just call them break the bank munchies! The paninis are pre-made & a bit greasy after coming out of the press, but edible. The salads are very good, but the staff are unable to get you an extra dressing, as the 1 was not enough, saying that's how they are brought. We also tried the pepperoni pizza and that was very good! Now let's get to the Gelato, it was delish, big and the most decently priced on the menu. read more

One walked past this place for the past day or so. Had a taste for sorbet so I stopped in. The have plenty of different flavors to choose from. I tried the blood organs he and it was pretty good! This is a new restaurant inside the Sahara. When I first approached it, I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. In addition to good taste, focaccia pizza is bready and filling. Since I don't eat much on poker trips--and since I will sometimes have a cup or two of red wine while playing at night--this is the perfect recipe for satisfying your hunger and comfort. The dude who works here wears an Italian hat and either doesn't speak perfect English or pretends not to so it fits the theme. I hope it's the latter. That would be kick-ass. Surprised how good the cheddar roast beef panini was here. It wasn't cheap at $15 after tax but it hit all the right notes especially with so few options late at night. Nicely toasted cheese bread (might be too toasted for some) roast beef, spring mix and a teeny bit of horseradish Mayo. Would've liked a bit more but I gobbled the whole thing down in 10 minutes. Each night in my most recent Vegas trip, I've gotten Chamomile tea to help me sleep. It's been much needed because I conk out hard after drinking it, and I usually don't drink anything shortly before sleeping. Prendi is open between 4pm-4am, which is fantastic for late-night complimentary hot water refills! Complimentary hot water refill is so nice and much needed, especially at midnight. Happy this service is here during my stay in Vegas! read more

2.5 stars really. Good place for a quick bite once but I would never go back. (Too many better choices.) The focaccia is good but they heat it up the top just melts off. A microwave would have reheated it as well. The chicken sandwich is good as well but not sure how long it was in the fridge unit as the cashews have soften and the bread hardened. Would have like that more had it been heated. "Good" is the word to describe everything about the experience. "Worth it" would not. read more

I stumbled upon this awesome Cafe in my hotel (Sahara-newly renovate). Apparently today is the first day of openIng and was excited to try it. I was immediately greeted by these two smiling and very inviting individuals named Drew & Michelle. The pastries and offerings are house made which reflects on the quality and taste. They also serve Starbucks drip coffee which I love. If you stroll pass this establishment please stop by because you won't be disappointed!
