Clear Skies' office is located in Cranford with plenty of parking space on the ground level. I took the bus in from PABT, and had no trouble getting there with public transportation and a 5 minute stroll. Victor (and his partner, Victor) have a room dedicated to chilling, which boils down to a game room with a fridge and snacks. I imagine working here is a blast too. I was so happy that they emailed me back immediately. I called Rich in his office and we spoke for about 20 minutes about my needs. He said this was a solid job for him, and that his assistant would send over a contract the next day. he also said that he'd go to the town office on my behalf and find out exactly what type of survey they'd need in order to put in my application. I told the other engineers i was courting that i had found someone to do my project. Unfortunately, this is where the story gets bad. I didnt hear back from anyone the next day, so i emailed to find out when i could get a contract, but didnt hear back. Then I called the guys, and never heard back. I went ahead and sent them 15 emails over a two week period, and left them 10 voicemails, but never heard back. I then went to a friend who had used them in the past and asked him to call them, and they never called him back. This is a disappointing organization, and caused me over 2 weeks of headaches. Getting some engineering survey from someone who has an office within 1 mile of your house shouldn't be difficult. I was literally begging them to do work and to this date, i'm still emailing them just to make sure they're alive. This might've been the worst experience i've ever had with a contractor. I havent written a yelp review in a long time. Thanks Casey and Keller for making me an active user again. But on 8/7/2017 he gave me a shout out in the planning board mtg so im cool with him now.

Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy.
