I was so happy that they emailed me back immediately. I called Rich in his office and we spoke for about 20 minutes about my needs. He said this was a solid job for him, and that his assistant would send over a contract the next day. he also said that he'd go to the town office on my behalf and find out exactly what type of survey they'd need in order to put in my application. I told the other engineers i was courting that i had found someone to do my project. Unfortunately, this is where the story gets bad. I didnt hear back from anyone the next day, so i emailed to find out when i could get a contract, but didnt hear back. Then I called the guys, and never heard back. I went ahead and sent them 15 emails over a two week period, and left them 10 voicemails, but never heard back. I then went to a friend who had used them in the past and asked him to call them, and they never called him back. This is a disappointing organization, and caused me over 2 weeks of headaches. Getting some engineering survey from someone who has an office within 1 mile of your house shouldn't be difficult. I was literally begging them to do work and to this date, i'm still emailing them just to make sure they're alive. This might've been the worst experience i've ever had with a contractor. I havent written a yelp review in a long time. Thanks Casey and Keller for making me an active user again. But on 8/7/2017 he gave me a shout out in the planning board mtg so im cool with him now.

Honestly, we were a little skeptical when we were told that if we worked with her, she would give us a 1% buyer's rebate back at closing that came directly out of her commission. We thought we would get sub-par service for sure. But we decided to give it a shot since this rebate could equate to more than $7,500. Boy were we wrong! It was actually the complete opposite. We have worked with many realtors previous to this and Danielle surpassed all of our expectations. One of the most impressive things about her was the great emphasis she placed on exquisite customer service. It was more than simply showing us houses; anyone including the buyers themselves can do this. It was the extra care that she took to ensure that we were comfortable and taken care of during our first visit to a new city that made the difference. She fulfilled countless tasks that went above and beyond what a realtor should be doing. And she never made us feel like we were a burden. Every meeting is an opportunity to discuss homes and the area. It is this emphasis on customer service which makes us not only want to have her help us sell our house in the future, but to also recommend her to as many other friends that we can.

Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy. Would def recommend to other landlords in NJ especially if your portfolio is growing and you cant manage everything yourself anymore. 5 stars from me

Looking to buy your first house is overwhelming, but Kate made it easy and fun. She has a great intuition for how hands- on or hands- off an agent you need. She was infinitely knowledgeable about the SOMA area--not just for real estate purposes, but restaurants to try, tradesperson recommendations, and more. She was always available by text, email, and phone and answered all our (many!) questions; when she didn't know something, she was very honest and would look up the answer or point us to someone who could help.
