He's articulate and showed up at the house in no time to investigate the damages and perform the measurements. He provided the necessary information and documentation and eventually secured the work to be done with a separate invoice for the neighbor and me. I am impressed with the process and seamless communication with him. He's on point, professional and willing to work with clients for discounted pricing. The installers Manny & Javier did a great job with the vinyl fence installation. Everything looks flawless and they were approachable. My only suggestion is for the management to be more proactive with the appointment follow-ups. Overall, the job was done well.

They're professional and attentive during the sales process, but everything fell apart once the fence was installed. The quality of the fence is amazing. We opted for an aluminum fence. However, I can't say the same about the service from the team. Overall, my experience has been very frustrating and painfully slow, but maybe that's just the standard. Here's a play by play of my experience: 1. Schedule appointment on February 26 2. Sean shows up on March 3 and provides the quote. I mentioned I wanted an L shaped fence on one side of my house. He recommends a contractor to do some concrete work for us before the fence is installed (our decision and also Angel is the Best Masonry). 3. Quote is sent to me and L shaped is missed. I approved the quote and missed it. That's fine, that's on me. But when I mentioned it to him, his response was "it makes no difference to me what you do. At the end of the day, I get paid no matter what". 4. Concrete is completed. 5. Final measurements taken. 6. Delay of install bc concrete was deemed still wet. 7. Fence is installed on April 1 8. On QA of installation, one side doesn't latch properly. 9. Sean comes back out to evaluate and collect money. He says they will replace the latch at no cost. 10. I'm on the schedule with no expected ETA of when they will return. They will fit me in when they can. He now says they will either readjust the lock or replace it. April 21. 11. Receive a very heated call from Sean about my posted review. I'm busy in back to back meetings with work and also not in the mood to argue, so my husband calls him back. 12. Sean and husband talk and appointment is scheduled for upcoming Monday. 13. Monday repair happens but issue still remains. 14. Schedule another followup visit for repair with different team. They came out and finally was able to get my fence adjusted on May 1. The gate now locks correctly as it should and works perfectly.
