I had 12 foot tall 120 foot long hedges bordering the perimeter of my property that went unmanaged for close to a year. Being in South Florida, it is tough finding lawncare guys that will do a good job at a reasonable price. After months of searching on Yelp, I went with PTS. I explained to Kevin that I wanted to cut the hedges to 6ft. I knew it was going to be a tough job but Kevin gave me a reasonable price. I wasn't able to be there while they performed the job, but It took him 2 days to complete the work and it turned out exactly how I wanted. He even hauled the trash away. I do not recommend this tree service! My mom met with him, got the estimate, and called to hire this gentleman to come cut trees. They scheduled and he committed to being there Tuesday morning, he never showed up, did not return calls to her. My mom is 81, I personally tried to reach him, I called and texted him, never heard back from him, 4 days later I still have still not heard back from him, now we are left scrambling to find another service to cut our trees and this is holding back starting a new roof which we explained to him from the start. I Highly recommend Kelvin and his crew at Premium Tree Service. I requested a quote on Friday, they responded right away and came out to my property on Saturday. After giving me a VERY fare quote they arrived promptly on Sunday morning and within 3 hours had cut the entire pine tree down, hauled all the waste to their truck and left our property.
