Obtained a quote from Robert. The services quoted on our contract were NOT fulfilled. I was promised that my two trees would be removed and the stump s completely grounded out to kill the trees as the roots were burrowing under my home and creating major havoc. I called the owner and spoke with him, he advised me that he was complete. He then advised me to pour diesel on the stump. I called a second contractor who informed me that Big Dawg's Tree Service should be ashamed of themselves. Why would you charge your customers and not fulfilled the terms of your contract. I do not recommend this company. Unethical, immoral, dishonest individual. Damage was also done to my home that was minimal. . It's the fact they chose to not disclose the damage that displays their integrity and horrible moral character. Amazing that the owner had time to state my review was "fake" which it is not!. Here in South Florida, it is very important to have a tree service company you can rely on. At our HOA we are extremely lucky to have Big Dawg's Tree Service providing it to us. They have been trimming our trees in our complex for three years and it is no small task. They were not able to complete my service request because of a storm threatening our state. I was completely understanding, but asked if they happened to know of anybody I could reach out. The gentleman gave me the number and name of another company and said I could try them. The other company was also highly reputable and was able to complete my service. I feel as if this would've been any other company besides Big Dawg's Tree Service, they would've just told me no and moved along. They quoted a very fair price to trim our trees, including a tough one that is close to our house and drops a million small buds and a few palm trees. They brought a large team and had the right equipment including a large cherry picker truck. Robert stayed on site while his team worked on the trees They know what they are doing as a matter of fact they were leaving my house to go and meet with another owner in the development on a problem tree and the meeting would include the Cooper City Arborist. I am very impressed!! These guys are awesome and reliable. I had a large tree that had uprooted and was leaning on my house due to hurricane Irma. I texted them the issue and the pictures and they stayed on top of things with great communication. They came the day specified and cut the tree down and removed the stomp.
