I reached out to this company for the removal of a large tree. Mike contacted me and came to see the tree and give me a quote. He was very thorough and explained the whole process and gave me a quote . Their price was on point and I decided to use them. I got an appointment to do the job in 2 weeks. 2 days before they passed by and even went to the neighbors to let them know that they will be working on the tree. The process was smooth and they worked very diligently and efficiently. They finished before the time allotted and cleaned up everything.. they were great. read more

Big Dawg's Tree Service - Tree Services Near Me - Miami, Florida

I'm amazed! Good communication, great price and excellent work. The whole crew was professional and knew their business. Highly recommended.

The job looks great. They offered to come same day and were very quick to trim the trees. Clean up was great, didn't find any branches or other debris. I had gotten two other quotes, both were higher and they could not do the work as quickly. read more

I highly recommend Gig Dawg's Tree Service. I had five stumps that they grinded down, a very large tree trimmed and cut back, and one tree removed from the backyard. They did an excellent job on the whole project. They crew was very professional, extremely careful in all aspects of the job, and cleaned up everything. The price was very reasonable. Great quality job and value. If you have need for a tree service this company is the best at it!!!! read more

They got the job done in no time In-N-Out, the crew were polite. They picked up and cleaned up. Everything definitely will use them again.

Obtained a quote from Robert. The services quoted on our contract were NOT fulfilled. I was promised that my two trees would be removed and the stump s completely grounded out to kill the trees as the roots were burrowing under my home and creating major havoc. I called the owner and spoke with him, he advised me that he was complete. He then advised me to pour diesel on the stump. I called a second contractor who informed me that Big Dawg's Tree Service should be ashamed of themselves. Why would you charge your customers and not fulfilled the terms of your contract. I do not recommend this company. Unethical, immoral, dishonest individual. Damage was also done to my home that was minimal. . It's the fact they chose to not disclose the damage that displays their integrity and horrible moral character. Amazing that the owner had time to state my review was "fake" which it is not!. More dishonesty from this company and the owner named Robert. Consumers be wary of this company for your tree servicing needs. read more

Here in South Florida, it is very important to have a tree service company you can rely on. At our HOA we are extremely lucky to have Big Dawg's Tree Service providing it to us. They have been trimming our trees in our complex for three years and it is no small task. After the recent storm, Milton, we had one of our Japanese Fern tree hit by lightning and Robert (the owner) sent the guys to take care of it quickly. Let me tell you that afterwards it looked like there has never been a tree in the area. That is how good they are! read more

This company is truly exceptional. Robert and his crew were incredible. I immediately referred him to my family the same day. Where do I start? 1. When Robert gave us the quote, he was honest and direct. He provided his opinion about how to enhance the property, and answered all of our questions. 2. Scheduling with him was straight forward. A couple of weeks passed by, I called him and somehow he immediately remembered our entire house. This speaks to his organization. 3. I asked him to accommodate my schedule, and he actually exceeded my expectations and got the job done 4 days before scheduled. 4. He was on time. He gave me an ETA, and he was there before the ETA. 5. His crew was very kind. Melo was great. The rest of the men were really nice as well and made some jokes. Melo had a great memory and asked about something we said earlier in the day. Now, let's talk about the actual work - fantastic. 6. He came with a large crew (multiple trucks, multiple men, etc) and they efficiently parked in the nearby as to not disturb the neighbors. 7. Their work was neat and orderly, and they cleaned as they did it - which I appreciated. They answered our questions and just knocked everything out in a timely manner. 8. When the job was done, the house truly had a facelift. I'll tell you that MULTIPLE neighbors stopped to see the work, some even took pictures and talked to Robert's crew. And here's a text I received from someone who saw the work, "Whatever money you spent to do the this job - well spent. It's light against night. This company is fabulous. I love it" On a personal note, I do think that Robert is just a really nice guy. He is family oriented, is personable, and cares about his customer's satisfaction. I'm very happy. I'm very grateful for their service - "Big Dawg's" truly made my day. It feels good to know that after getting so many quotes, this was the right company for me. Thank you, Robert! P.S. After I closed on my house Robert recommended me some people to do other work for me. Hard to find good people to do work. THANK YOU ROBERT! read more

I did not end up using Big Dawg's Tree Service for my needs, but I wanted to leave an amazing review for their consideration. They were not able to complete my service request because of a storm threatening our state. I was completely understanding, but asked if they happened to know of anybody I could reach out. The gentleman gave me the number and name of another company and said I could try them. The other company was also highly reputable and was able to complete my service. I feel as if this would've been any other company besides Big Dawg's Tree Service, they would've just told me no and moved along. This is definitely a classy company that I think anybody would be smart to use. read more

We used Big Dawgs for the first time this year. Robert was great to work with. They quoted a very fair price to trim our trees, including a tough one that is close to our house and drops a million small buds and a few palm trees. They brought a large team and had the right equipment including a large cherry picker truck. Robert stayed on site while his team worked on the trees They know what they are doing as a matter of fact they were leaving my house to go and meet with another owner in the development on a problem tree and the meeting would include the Cooper City Arborist. They are not a bunch of guys in a truck with a couple of long pole branch cutters and a few ladders. I highly recommend them. read more

Big Dawgs did an amazing job removing innumerable coconuts and dead branches from my sky-high coconut palms. The trees had begun raining coconuts on our back patio and creating a safety hazard. Big Dawgs offered a reasonable price, experienced team, careful work, and complete mulching and clean-up afterward. I was tremendously impressed! read more

Highly recommend this company, they were on time, efficient and cleaned up after. Very easy to work with as well.

This Big Dawgs Tree Service was outstanding! They not only submitted for the permit with Miami Shores but within 24 hours they were at my home to remove a tree and stump. Within 2 hours they had completed the work and most importantly spend an additional hour cleaning my property from the tree removal. I am truly impressed with the owner Bob and the people that work for him. The biggest surprize for me was that they were the least expensive tree service company out of the 8 companies that contacted me! read more

I highly recommend this company. Utilized their service about 2 years ago to trim a large oak and was so happy with the end results that I called them to come back and not only trim the oak again, but remove an avocado that was sick, (2) cherimoyas that were dead and trim our ficus, mango and anon. They were here when they said they would be, got the work done quickly, cleaned up and we were very pleased. Robert is very responsive with appointments and answering any questions and Mello made sure everything was done to my liking. Don't go anywhere else they are awesome! read more

I found Big Dawg's and many other companies on Yelp. I called many tree services companies to cut couple trees in my yard, I couldn't afford them. I had a couple of tree service companies and landscapers come out and quote a massive trimming of my property. I was most impressed with Robert and his professionalism and sense of service to his customers. He knew his stuff, is intimately familiar with the local area, and took my requests very seriously while offering helpful advice. After coming up with a plan, he provided me with a fair estimate and we set a date for service. He showed up on time and with an incredible team of trimmers! During the process, the crew accidentally broke a window pane on the house. Robert had told me what happened while informing me that he had a great glass repair crew on their way to take care of the mistake. This actually was a blessing because I had another window pane that needed replaced. The crew arrived promptly at 9 am and were completed by noon! I highly recommend Big Dawg! These guys listen to the customer and get the job done! Thank you Robert and the rest of the Big Dawg crew! read more

I hired these guys after getting multiple quotes from other local tree service companies. Not only were they the cheapest, but they're prompt, fast, and efficient. I had four trees from my front yard removed. One was a huge full grown Bismark, and they removed them all in like an hour, stump ground down and all. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to have their trees trimmed or removed. They rock! read more

I am very impressed!! These guys are awesome and reliable. I had a large tree that had uprooted and was leaning on my house due to hurricane Irma. I texted them the issue and the pictures and they stayed on top of things with great communication. They came the day specified and cut the tree down and removed the stomp. There is no evidence now that the tree ever existed. They were very fast which completely amazed me and the price they quoted me was far less then the other companies which surrprised me as well because they came ready and prepared to do the job.I just knew the the cost would be a bit high because they were very professional. Thank you so much for coming thru for me. I most definitely recommend!! 5STARRRRSSS read more
