More importantly, the entire company are true professionals. Neil arrived on time to do the initial quote and I received a written estimate via email. Then on the day the job was to begin, they showed up on time and continued to show on time on the subsequent days. After the job was complete I received a written invoice and was able to pay online. Definalty not some fly by night outfit that only accepts cash. Seems like in this area everyone either shows up late or no shows and then there is some sort of scam or shady deal involved when they do arrive. Not these guys. They are first class. I must have met 12 different landscapers before I met Carlos. I do not have a green thumb and I…read moreknow nothing about plants, at all...that being said, everyone I met with until Carlos just seemed to want to charge me obscene amounts of money to simply draw up a plan. Carlos walked my property with me, making note of each and every plant, potential pros and cons (attracts mosquitos which eat me alive and he saw that). He is truly the most genuine person I've met in a long time. He takes great pride in his love of horticulture and it absolutely radiates through him. He suggested I come down to his nursery and walk with him, voicing when I really liked colors/heights/etc., all the while asking me if there were certain things I'd like to see or smell. I mean, I just couldn't believe how thoughtful and considerate he was. When he came back to me to me with our plan, I just told him to do whatever he wanted because I trusted him that much. I'm biased, but I feel I have the most beautiful yard in the neighborhood, mostly because it was created from a love of the beauty of plants. I AM FOREVER THANKFUL FOR THE MORNING BEFORE WORK THAT CARLOS CAME TO MEET ME! I cannot imagine working with anyone else.
