Absolutely terrible wedding organization. -The arch, for which we paid a huge amount as a "metal" structure, turned out to be a cheap wooden frame. The decoration looked poor, and the base wasn't even secured in the sand. -There was no coordination: the bride wasn't met or guided, she had to find everything by herself. -The team behaved unprofessionally: during the ceremony they were kissing on camera (!) instead of doing their job. -Rain completely disrupted the event -- no backup plan at all, guests had to hide under sun umbrellas, which of course didn't protect them. It looked awful. -The groom's boutonniere, promised in the contract, was never provided. -After the wedding no one contacted us, and they refused to issue the promised partial refund. This company overcharges, fails to deliver what they promise, and takes no responsibility for the result. PRC Cloud Nine is a professional group that planned our proposal for us. I am not a resident of Florida and I just wanted to do it in Miami in a short trip. I did not know anything about the spots in Miami. First of all, I was thinking about whether I could trust someone on the internet and pay money to them for something that was a few weeks ahead. Julia asked me a few questions about my favorite places and sent me a proposal plan. We discussed many different locations and every time she was very nice and gave me great information about the place. On the proposal day, we just walked there and everything was ready.
