They brought a 3-4 man crew with lots of supplies (including a porto potty). I hit a few snags along the way that had to do with the specific list of work that was to be done. They constructed and erected…read morea 7ft. tall steel post and panel fence on two sides of our ADU (we wanted non-combustible material because the fence is close to the house, but the steel fencing has a wood pattern on our side and is white on the alley side). The fencing includes a 12 ft. long motorized rolling gate of the same material for our carport. At our request, the gate includes a pedestrian door within it! All of it is so sturdy and maintenance-free that I won't need to repair or replace it for the rest of my life. The fencing is perfectly straight and tall (even if my camera distorts the angles). Best of all, Aleksei and Vlad are great to work with: honest and punctual; affordable in price; hard workers; extremely communicative about every detail of the task (even though English is not their first language); creative in design and execution; and just plain wonderful people. They are too young to be jaded in their work; instead, they are enthusiastic about getting the best possible result. As they put it, "We want it to be strong and smooth."
