Marissa really saved my life! She was able to work with me well on scheduling and even pick up. I came to her with only a week before I needed a dress fixed (about 6 inches off including tail trim) and she was able to get it to me within 3 days. I would highly recommend getting gowns with tails fixed by her as she did a really great job. Before getting my skirt tailored I was constantly having to hold it up along with tripping frequently. I drove about 20 minutes for a scheduled appointment at 1 p.m. on a Saturday, just for her not to be there. I texted her and waited around for 20 minutes before leaving. She eventually texted me back that there was an attempted break in and there was a key locked in the main door. And she said she overlooked texting me about it. I saw several other people going in and out of the other business doors, so I don't know if it's just her main door? Either way, it was a total waste of time. I play Santa Claus! I purchased a Santa outfit that was about 3 sizes too big. The online store would not take returns for this very expensive costume.
