The staff was professional and the customer area was clean, organized and check-in was seamless. Got a call the next day with a diagnosis and two options for repair. The hard drive was replaced by late Saturday morning (earlier than promised) and I'm writing this review on my much improved desktop. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

Now some items were taken care of, but a majority were not. When I called All-Tech back, they said the subcontractor is no longer working for them and they would not send someone out at no cost. The end result was that Mark Stroud, VP of Operations for the company, took full responsibility for the problem and handled it in a gracious and completely professional manner. We needed a regular flat screen tv mounted on a wall in our living room with the sound bar. Six hours of fooling around with it and the tv is finally mounted but the sound bar is not... We could have YouTube'd how to do this and done it in less time. Absolutely ridiculous, use Geek Squad or another reputable company. Our evening is completely wasted and we don't even have a complete product.

To my surprise, I was still charge for this additional time and cords that I did not agree to. I received no receipt, but was surprised by the 750+ bill. The only reason I won't dispute these additional charges is because I want to keep the equipment. But, I would not recommend them as you can see my "no concealment" service still alloted visible cords. Unpleased.
