I thought I'd call...googled the phone number since they seemed local and then on www.complaintsboard.com found all these other folks who never got their product and couldn't reach the company. Thankfully I advised PayPal who refunded my money the SAME day. DO NOT use this website...on their PayPal account they had an individual, and then another business website listed that had no website when you clicked the link.
