Three guys came out later that week and completed it in two days for us, including a gate. These guys worked hard, were professional, friendly, and did a super job. My husband walked the property with the project manager before installation, discussed corner post and the placement of the single gates and then left. There was no mention the double gate could not be centered, and the fence posts would not be installed in a straight line. I sent an email the following morning expressing my concerns. I was told they always move the gate towards the house if utility lines cause an issue. We had the double gate installed for a trailer. It does not make sense that we would want it moved away from where the trailer is parked. The project manager came out to inspect and said both issues could be resolved. I received a call saying I would have to pay for corrections. Over the past 3 months, 3 site visits, at least 9 emails and 7 conversations it has been suggested that the top rail was bent but posts were straight, so it just needed to be replaced or the "frost heave" and extreme cold temperatures shifted the concrete footings. The newest revelation is that the fence was installed per the contract where the top rail follows the natural contour of the land rather than running in a perfectly straight line. This is not mentioned anywhere in the contract. In fact, the layout on the contract clearly shows a straight line and states that the fence will be installed following the flow (fence will be uneven at the top). They are also saying my husband approved the curvature in the fence and double gate location. Neither is true. If the fence was installed in accordance with the contract, then why was approval needed? If approval was given for the gate (or the fence line) it would have been their first response 3 months ago.

It's my oversight for not noticing this for a year, but this is a clear workmanship issue that they should have fixed. It never should've happened in the first place. They will not even respond to my email. Furthermore, within 24 hours of them sending the final invoice, they turned me over to their version of collections and started harassing me for payment. I was then told I would receive a gift card as an apology, which never arrived. I would not use this company again.

A++ Service and Workmanship…read more I contacted Barry, the owner, after we put a contract on a house. He was recommended by a friend who had also had a fence installed. Barry was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to meet us at the house to give an estimate on the day we scheduled our home inspection. His price was the best estimate we received. Since the project was a two day job and we closed on a Friday, one of Barry's guys came out on Friday and put up a temporary kennel fence so we could let our dog out back while we moved. Even that fence looked great! My home office overlooks the backyard, so I was able to watch the fence go up. His guys were very quick and efficient and I was very impressed with the quality. If it hadn't rained the first afternoon, I think they would have finished it in one day (241 feet with two gates!). Overall a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a high quality low cost fence. They do decks too!

It's not level , there are roots all over and Noah and the guys pushed through the heat and everything else and built us a awesome new fence . They were professional, knowledgeable, dependable and very hard working and we couldn't be more pleased with the job they did and the hard work they put in doing such great work . They never used a single drop of Ceramic Coating on that truck. I paid for Ceramic Coating and did not get it. Be sure you get what you pay for if you use these guys. They lost a customer with me.
