She's authentic, listens, considers me and is attentive to my needs. She is very accessible, and doesn't make me feel like I ask too many questions. I literally trust her with my life. I've been through three major surgeries: lower back, total hip replacement, and broken shoulder and a bunch of minor surgeries with her as my PCP. All of her medical assistants are amazing, even the manager jumps in to help. How could we clone Janet? Front staff are also very friendly and helpful. Ava is awesome & acupuncturist Amanda is AWESOME too!! I also enjoy some of their workshops:) The lab technicians are very profesional & friendly. I have two big, not so good concerns; telephone system but I found my way around it!! If they got their portal up, it would be so much more efficient. Fair experience with Podiatrist. Dr. Miller is the second issue, I have not had any fair nor good experiences with him. He requires patience and interpersonal skills training, horrible listener. How dare he think he knows my body better than I do. Send him back to the ICE AGE. They get an 9 on a scale of 1-10. Dr. Lin on the dental side of things is also pretty amazing. He is very attentive, patient, understanding, and cares. I had one (1) not very good dentist, I think she forgot patients may feel pain. My service animal reacted to my pain but all good, I have never been seen by her again. The medical dental staff are very friendly and understanding as well. Marbella, the manager is great & helpful but some of the front staff need training in friendliness. They also get a solid 8.75555. A smile goes a long way!!

We tried carefully to find whom to report it to and were referred to Christina whom we were told was HR but then turned out to be the office manager? All very unclear. Regardless, we very specifically requested anonymity and discretion, and instead she was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and simply forwarded it to the doctor himself who was inappropriate, completely against our wishes! It was an abhorrent experience and handled just as abusively on all sides. There is no oversight recourse with these people.

I received subpar treatment from Dr. Timothy Williamson as an adult patient. I was in the midst of…read moretreatment with Dr. Williamson and he canceled his appointment with me 40 minutes beforehand because he was apparently figuring out his schedule. It was incredibly odd. The receptionist also did not even apologize and was incredibly rude. When I asked when the appointment could be rescheduled for, his office staff told me they'd call me and hung up. I waited for a call back and didn't receive one. So I tried calling the office several times over the next two weeks to reschedule the appointment with no luck. At the time of this cancellation incident, I was being treated by Dr. Williamson for follow-up for blood test results that I was told would need to be reviewed in person (to this day, these have never been reviewed with him) and a skin condition on my thumb that had not resolved despite three prior appointments I had had with him. It turns out Dr. Williamson misdiagnosed my skin condition, which I only found out after going to a dermatologist that I had to be very persistent in asking for a referral to from him. Additionally, I had an inflamed cyst at time of the appointment that was canceled, which I notified Williamson's office staff of. The abrupt cancelation ended up being quite an issue because I had been prescribed Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream for the skin condition by the dermatologist. As my skin was raw and bleeding, I wanted to check with Dr. Williamson that I should proceed with using the Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream as it is only for topical use and is contraindicated for treatment on open sores. So I communicated with Williamson's office staff that I had hesitancy about proceeding with this treatment- it seems this question was never relayed to Dr. Williamson by the office staff because I never heard back and I was left in the dark trying to navigate my own health issues. About a week after my initial appointment had been canceled, Dr. Williamson's receptionist called me on a Friday after the office was already closed and told me to call on Monday to reschedule my appointment. I called her back on that Monday and left a voice message around noon. I called the office back at 4 pm and the receptionist picked up. I told her I needed to reschedule the appointment. She told me, "We'll call you back" and abruptly hung up. I didn't hear back from the office for over a week. In the meantime, I realized I needed to get my blood test results. So I logged into Quest (who performed the blood test) and requested my results. Some parts of the blood test results were concerning to me and I was shocked that Dr. Williamson had not reviewed these test results with me (even over the phone) and had actually cancelled the appointment 40 minutes beforehand. Given the blood test results, I am not sure if I will require further testing and was given no treatment instructions by my former primary care provider Dr. Williamson. I have since decided to sever my treatment relationship with Dr. Williamson due to the treatment being was I believe to be far below the standard of care for the field.

I understand they may not be equipped with certain things to provide adequate safety for the patient during the procedure, but adding this to a very difficult and long process was extremely stressful and emotional. I hope the business sees this and takes this into consideration. Not only to do their job, look at the chart to see BMI AND make that call BEFORE the patient is all ready with an IV ready for surgery to start, but maybe start emailing patients instructions on how to take a photo of their anatomy that they can then send back to have the anesthesiologist make their final decision. It's done by other facilities, not all, but it's a great idea. Giving it a 2 because the nurse was great. But the ball was dropped somewhere with the other staff. If there is a policy regarding BMI, that information would be in the patient's chart when scheduling the procedure, and should have been caught prior to, and extra steps should have been taken, such as a photo.
