To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience with PMU Realty regarding a rental application and the handling of my qualification review. On Friday, I was informed by a representative that I would receive a call back by the end of the day regarding my application status. I did not receive that call. On Monday, I contacted PMU Realty myself to follow up. During that call, I was told that: * my credit was not good enough, and * I did not make enough income to qualify. This information was both inaccurate and inconsistent with the documentation I had already provided. I earn well above the required income threshold and have multiple verified sources of income through my businesses. When I asked directly whether this meant I did not qualify, I was then told that I could qualify by paying a double deposit. I stated that this would not be a problem. At that point, the representative changed the explanation again and said she could send me an income verification form, despite the fact that my income verification had already been submitted and reviewed. This back-and-forth communication, combined with the failure to follow up as promised, raised serious concerns for me. The explanations given were contradictory, and it appeared that the criteria for qualification changed multiple times during the conversation without clear justification. Because of: * the failure to return my call as promised, * the inaccurate statements about my income, * the shifting requirements, * and the lack of clear, consistent communication, I am concerned that my application was not handled fairly or professionally. I also feel compelled to raise the concern that racial bias may have influenced how my application was handled, as the information provided to me did not align with my actual financial qualifications. I am requesting: 1. A written explanation of my application decision, 2. Clarification of the exact qualification criteria used, and 3. Confirmation that all applicants are evaluated using the same standards. I expect transparency and professionalism in housing-related decisions, and I hope this matter can be addressed promptly.

I was told that the house was ready to rent after I had already paid the application via and included my desired move in date. The same day I was denied the property because I couldn't move in immediately. After calling the office for 2 weeks I still was unable to get in contact with the manager. I sent 2 emails regarding my concern and still have received no correspondence. They failed to read my entire application and had no regards or remorse for my waisted time and lose of money!!!!

READ THE BAD REVIEWS AND HOW THEY RESPOND TO PEOPLE…read more There is a signed lease that states no management company will be brought in, yet THIS company was brought in to manage a property that my sister rents. She stated concerns to this company, such as mold in the house, mold coming out of the jet tub, the house flooding every time it rains, a fireplace that cannot be used for whatever reason, rats, the list goes on. Just look at their nasty response they gave her in the previous reviews. Robert's true colors came out! They stated "you're pissed because you can't afford bleach to sanitize the tub, cmon, this is ridiculous".... it's not a tenants responsibility to get rid of preexisting mold and it speaks VOLUMES how much they lack respect and common decency for anyone they do business with. "No one twisted your arm to rent" again is bold talk over the internet, especially when after all was said and done this company texted her basically blaming the owner of the house for all the issues, then quit! Learn some respect. As a property manager ITS YOUR JOB to manage the property which includes maintenance and major repairs. I would not recommend anyone do any type of business with this company. If you see their name, run the other direction. There are so many other options to lease or buy from such as dfwurbanrealty. Don't waste your energy on these disrespectful clowns.

We were interested in a home that has been listed for 39 days…read more First he tried to get us to hurry and view the home by informing us he had two other showings that evening, untrue and then he wanted us to move up our move in date as he really wants someone in the home. Our agent did inform him of our credit situation adding that we are long term renters with a rental history of 25 years in the same home. No problem...Not! We viewed the home loved what we saw, submitted all necessary paperwork with 3.5 times income required for home, the norm is 3 times the amount, paid the application fee and we wait to hear back for approval. He denies us based on our credit scores and tells our agent "No way I can put them in a nice home with those scores" implying our credit dictates that we should only live in a low income home! But I make the salary and clearly I can afford the home. He is prejudices, bigoted and narrow minded! The world is recovering from a pandemic, people with no credit problems have credit problems now and some have even lost their homes due to job loss! If this is the type of property manager and minister you are I respectfully decline doing business with you. I understand why this property has been listed for so long he has no empathy or compassion. I can't even imagine what type of minister he is and what is he teaching...birds please flock together and prosper don't associate with non-flying birds they're not deserving of your presence! Not worth the time you will spend dealing with him!!!

When we meet, the staff is always timely and professional. TPM does a lot in our community as well. From hosting get togethers at their newly remodeled offices, participating in local softball leagues, showcasing small & established restaurants for others on social, frequently donating and gifting sporting event tickets, chairity events, holiday parties etc. If you run into TPM first, take advantage of their team who doubles as a huge help to both investors looking to acquire sfr, multifamily, & vrbo real estate, but also to the everyday first time home buyer or family looking for their dream home. Horrible service!! We paid 2 application fees. Almost 2 weeks went by with no response. I called,…read moreleft voicemails and emailed. No one answers the phone or responds to email. I finally saw on online that my application had been canceled. I located the office and went to it in person. The person that was there did not handle applications and could not help me. He did give me the # of his sister Shannon and said she could help me. It took me awhile to get in touch with her. She said that my application was put "on hold" due to the fact that someone had signed a lease while they were waiting on "requested information" from us. Through their 'Chat" system they requested our paystubs. I had the requested paystubs to them with 30 minutes of request. She then said we could put our applications toward another property. They have less than 20 to choose from and only one would possibly work for us, but it was currently occupied and not available for touring. I watched closely and when it was available I contacted her. She informed me that John was putting the lockbox on it and gave me his #. I called him He did answer and said that he hadn't put the lock box on yet but to call him later that day, I did but no answer. I tried for a few more days to call him, plus calling the office and leaving messages. At this point, I am done and will call it a loss on our $100
