After discussing it with my fiancé, we decided to move forward and purchase the vehicle the next day. When we called back, we were told it had already been sold. I understand that vehicles can sell quickly, but it's extremely frustrating that a car can be sold after a deposit was already placed and while I was given time to make a decision. In fact, I was told, "We ask for a $500 deposit and it ensures that we won't sell the car out from under you." That clearly wasn't the case, and it doesn't feel like good business practice. They did offer me a different vehicle, but it was my least favorite color. I asked about other color options available but they said they were at their Plattsburgh location. They said I would have to travel there myself and complete a whole new application, basically starting from scratch. I completely wasted my time. I wouldn't recommend leaving a deposit here, there doesn't seem to be a point if the vehicle can still be sold to someone else.

They are so easy to talk to and when I have a problem with my cars, I either take my car to them (call them first because they have so much business) or have it towed by AAA (which has been done many times). I leave it, they check it out and when they find what the problem is, they call you to tell you and tell you the price. If you want it done, they will do it but they won't work on it until they get permission from you. I have a clear head when I take my cars to them. I don't worry about nothing. I bought a 1999 Honda Civic back in 2000 with 18,000 miles on it from John Lant who used to own the dealership there. After 297,000 miles, the guys could not do anything more for my car. Yes, it finally died with the original clutch in it. These guys don't work weekends. Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That is how good their business is. If you have a problem with your car, take it to Relia-Tech and put your mind at ease. They don't rip anyone off to make an extra buck. They don't work that way. They have been like this even before "social media" and we all know that it can make you or break you. Thank God they are only 10 minutes away from my house.
