They came back the next day and the plumber worked tirelessly to find and repair the leak. He had to cut down bushes and dig into the yard to get to it, but he found it and fixed it. He was so nice and ensured I knew exactly what he was doing. A less professional person honestly would've given up and charged to put a whole new line in from the meter into the house. But when he was done, he put everything back in place, vacuumed the water, took the debris (including the bush), and tested the water pressure and internal plumbing (toilets, etc). They moved quickly at doing what they said they were going to do. Mitch installed a tankless water heater for us. He did a great job at getting that tankless done and might I say it is very neatly done. when the team finished they cleaned up, doubled checked behind themselves loaded up there tools. I also had rather small 28 gal tank so I wanted to upgrade to a 47 gal. so I can finally fill bathtub and take a hot bath. 28 only filled half way in my tub.
