I checked up on it later, and the major problem had been fixed. One of the secondary issues was still a minor problem. I think they would have seen this had they just taken the time to check their work thoroughly. I fixed it myself with some plumbing tape. Overall, a 4/5 and I would recommend them. The prices are fair (well.. as fair as they can be, because let's be honest, plumbing is stupid expensive to begin with).
