This last part was important since there could be other problems besides just a faulty circuit breaker that could potentially cause a fire, like a worn wire. He checked for those things and fortunately it was just a circuit breaker that was broken. His prices were reasonable and he is a friendly person. I highly recommend Ranger Electric.

I…read moream a real estate agent and wanted them to install GFCI's in the kitchen and bathrooms and fix a doorbell at a home I was representing. I thought that would be an easy job and was assured it "wouldn't be anything too crazy" but it took 7.5 hours and cost over $800 for 8 GFCI's and a doorbell. They told me they spent over 2 hours trying to figure out why the outside patio and front porch outlets weren't getting power - It was because they were on a switch and the switch wasn't turned haha. When they arrived they only brought White GFCIs and our outlets were pearl. They sent one of the workers out to Home Depot to get them and he returned without any outlets about 45 min later but finally a man that turned out to be the owner showed up with outlets and it took all 3 of them to figure out that the outside outlets were on a switch. They didn't wear any protective foot wear and left doors open throughout the house. After speaking with "the owner" he said he felt everything was justified - I can not recommend this group for ANY job even the smallest of items.

Masters installed a…read morechandelier, a ceiling fan and a few light fixtures, and recently completed a generator installation. After a storm caused a power outage, I found out it gets VERY dark in my tiny cul de sac so I started searching for generators. I shopped around and got the most patient advice, a fantastic price, and a generator installation date within a much shorter time frame than I anticipated. Gerald explained what size generator would best meet my needs. Particularly during the pandemic, I am often working from home and didn't want to have to choose what appliances or systems would run during a power outage. If I'm investing, might as well make it all the way worth it, right? Anyway, I decided on a 22kw model and although I wouldn't admit it under oath, I want a power outage. Just kidding!!! I got to see what would happen when Christian went through the post installation testing. He turned off the power and the generator kicked on. He walked me through the operation and handed me my keys and a heaping helping of peace of mind. I would hire Masters again in a heartbeat.

Our search for a home generator began with a candid, comprehensive assessment of our needs. Mr. Williams assured me a 26K unit would suffice (after earlier contractors pushed larger, much more expensive units). At every step, the process unfolded just as I was told. When the generator arrived, it was easy to set up the site visit to begin work. Dustin and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and got the unit installed with no problems. Dustin walked me through that process as well. And when the gas company (finally) made the necessary connections, Dustin was back out to finish the job. Again, with great explanations and a step-by-step tutorial. When they finished, my yard looked even better than before they began the work. Masters Generator is tops in my book. It was a comfort to work with just one lead electrician. Dustin was knowledgeable, professional, and welcomed all my rookie questions. I will DEFINITELY use this service again for any electrical needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
