Avoid this place at all costs! This business is run by a scammer who preys on people needing passports quickly. He charges hundreds of dollars under the false promise of expediting the process, yet he failed to even schedule my appointment as promised. To make matters worse, my passport photo was taken incorrectly, forcing me to get a new one elsewhere. When I asked for a refund, he refused. There are already news reports exposing this place for scamming people, and I intend to take legal action to ensure it gets shut down. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration--go elsewhere! read more

We needed a visa for China, normally we would do it ourself, but living in TX makes it almost impossible. We stopped by Sameday with all our travel info and we were out of there in 20 minutes. They even took the necessary photo required for the visa. They said it would take about 3 weeks, we had it back in two. Was it expensive, yes but well worth it after researching all our other options. It was worth the peace of mind to pay a little extra to make sure it was done correctly. read more

Realize you can't find your passport 2 weeks before your international trip? No problem!! Brittany & Ron at Sameday Passports will help you out. Of course I had to pay the hefty expedited fee, but I had my passport in hand 8 days after visited Sameday. Brittany was so encouraging, helpful, clear and friendly the day I applied. And when I called Ron (3 times in 1 hour!) he was patient and kind. Already recommended them to a friend who needs a super quick passport and Im confident they'll be able to help her! read more

I was so hesitant about this place until we gave it a shot. We wanted to try the agency in Dallas, but it just wasn't promised that we were going to be able to get an appointment in. We were supposed to be leaving on July 1 and my boyfriend needed his passport as a first timer so he went to same day passport on June 18th it arrived on the June 26th. The only thing I can say is it is a little bit pricey because we did the 5-7 day shipping, but you get what you pay for and it did come in on time. I definitely recommend if you're looking to get your passport fast and don't mind spending little extra $. read more

I was in a bind the usps/gov told me I would initially get my passport in 3-5 weeks with my expedited payment. 5 weeks came and went. I got a status update on the passport gov website that I wouldn't recieve my passport for another 5-7 weeks. My trip felt impossible. I found sameday passport through a church friend and they got me my passport in under a week!! I was so concerned but everythung went according to plan. These guys are veterans and definitely worth the price! This was a lifesaver and an answer to so many prayers. Thank you Jesus and the good people at Sameday Passport! read more

Incredible service and easy to work with! Will be recommending to everyone! If you need a passport quickly, this is the place to go!

They were professional and knowledgeable but frankly we paid them to do what we could do for free at the courthouse. If you are afraid to do things yourself this is a great option for you. I really did not need this. I had done it because the courthouse was saying online you had to make an appointment. I went to the courthouse is SouthLake and got right in without an appointment. They were just as helpful and it wouldn't have cost me anything. read more

Applied for an expedited passport in time according to guidelines, but it did not look like it would arrive beforeI our international trip. I tried everything that you read about online (government representatives, getting an appointment, etc). Sameday saved the trip for me! I went in on a Thursday and was set to fly out the following Friday. Ron made sure all my documentation was in order and explained the process and the timing. I am happy to say the passport arrived this morning (8 days after I went in) and we are leaving town tonight! Ron was patient, kind, and reassuring with my many questions throughout the process. This company is true to their word and clearly they know what they are doing. read more

Save your money. This place is a rip off. When I went to the passport office they told me that this place is a complete scam and then I should never have paid them any money and I could've done all of this for free. Most of the paperwork that they had filled out for me was done incorrectly and the passport office had to redo it. A complete waste of money and time. read more

Wow! Ron and his team can make magic happen! I was told it would take 8 business days to get my passport back, which was the day before I was scheduled to leave on my trip. My wife and I applied for Brazilian visas through Same Day Passport and Visa on 10/11/2017, with the assurance they would be received on Monday, 10/16/2017. Our date of travel was to be eight days after this - 10/24/2017. With that assurance, I paid $1,438.00 for expedited services. Instead of the visas arriving on 10/16/2017, they arrived on 10/25/2017, nine days after they were promised and after our date of travel. As a result, we lost our opportunity to vacation in Brazil and see our daughter who is in an Abilene Christian University Study Abroad program in South America. Although I am a pilot and could possibly fly standby to Brazil, I felt that was too risky considering my inflexible vacation period and the numerous hotel and tour reservations I had made. Therefore, my wife and I were using confirmed space tickets that could not be changed within 21 days of travel. Due to our inability to travel to Brazil on the planned flight, we have forfeited those tickets along with a 50% deposit on an all-day tour of Rio de Janeiro. We also missed the opportunity to see our daughter whom we haven't seen in months. I requested a partial refund of $498, the "processing fee", since we received the visas too late to travel. Ron ignored my email request and numerous phone calls. He took no responsibility for the incident. He is not a man of his word. Do not trust him. Take your business elsewhere. For Brazilian visas, I recommend going to the consulate yourself (in Houston), or going to https://visacentral.com and applying for a visa there. This website is run by IATA, the International Air Transport Association, a trade association consisting of 278 airlines. read more

Mr Peres at Sameday Passport did a GREAT job helping obtain my passport. Very professional and informative. He text and let me know where my passport was in the process. Excellent service! I learned I would b traveling internationally just a couple of weeks ago and my passport expired in September (ugh!). Needless to say, I needed a renewal quickly and Sameday met my need. Employees were able to fit me in for a Saturday appointment and handled everything in house (i.e.paperwork, pictures, etc..) . Fast forward seven days and my passport was ready for pickup - a full week before the projected arrival! To be clear, the service is not cheap but, honestly, passport services is not an area where you want to scrimp pennies! Though I had to pay, the exceptional service was worth it and the customer service was good as well. read more

I was worried that the government channels wouldn't truly "expedite" our process and this company has a guarantee. It was quick and easy to go in and the passport arrived on the day we requested. The staff was very professional. read more

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PASSPORT WITH THEM. RON IS COMPLETELY DISHONEST. COMPLETE SCAM. I applied for a Chinese Visa which is something I do every year but this was the first time to use Same day Passport in Arlington. I paid for the 3-5 day expedited service ($378) knowing I had over 2 weeks before my trip which gave me plenty of spare time. After 10 business days I still didn't have my passport back. First I was told it was given to someone else by accident. Then it was lost. Then it was the Chinese Consulates fault. Finally it was my fault. Needing my passport and only having 18 hours before my flight to Asia I had to charter a plane to Houston to collect the passport (without Visa). Safe to say this was not cheap so all in all I got charged over $378 + cost of chartering a flight and got NOTHING in return. Ron offered no solution other than suggesting I miss my flight to Hong Kong and collect my passport from Lovefield airport the following day. 3 of my colleagues all received visas' from the Dallas location so I suggest you use them instead or another company altogether. I am taking legal action against the Arlington site so you might want to think twice about leaving anything important there. It may be gone tomorrow. An absolute disgrace. read more

Yes this place is sketchy. Yes i saw all the bad reviews this place had. But due to a time crunch I decided to use this place anyways. They told me their next submission date would be on Thursday. I paid for two day shipping and turned in my documents on Wednesday. Thursday they were submitted. Got my passport the following Monday. So everything worked out i guess. read more

So frustrating... called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Called back and they tried to place me on hold again!? I told them I'd already been on hold for 15 minutes and only want to know if I could get a US Passport through them and there hours. They said no problem on the passport and they close at 2:30pm so I need to be there between 9-12:00pm to get it process, so I drove 20 minutes to get to the place at 11:10am and found two employees and no customers (which made me curious why they kept putting me on hold?). They asked how they could help me and I said "I need a passport" and was told I had to be there by 11am and it was too late "O_o" I asked them to explain the process and they asked me to wait in the waiting room.. ??? What a terrible waste of time!! Find a better place to get your passport people. These folks are awful!!! read more
