Chose this location 5 miles beyond the closest one to my home because of good parking and ease of getting upstairs to PT. Being only about 90 steps from the car to PT Is worth it's weight in gold. I checked out closer Rothman PTs to my house but all of them were just a pain to get in and out of, particularly the one at Riddle Hospital. So i chose Glen Mills for convenience. The actual PT area is bright, clean and nicely organized. The PT tables are big enough for tall people and are very comfortable. The equipment is in good order. Elleni at the Front desk is a total gem. She can answer the phone while scheduling your appointments and not miss a beat. My first time here she scheduled my 8 weeks of appointments and printed out a copy of it for me with speed and accuracy. Casey Has been my PT technician and in my lifetime she has been the absolute best. Being of a certain age I've had PT a few times so I consider my assessment of her to be accurate. She is informative, caring, very capable with great PT and interpersonal skills. Rothman is lucky to have her. I highly recommend this location for physical therapy.

Great attitudes, explained things fully and nurses were very attentive to my concern about being a hard stick for IVs and having a migraine. They were running pretty behind, but that may have been a fluke. It was a further drive than I'd have liked, but I'd go there again if presented with the need for a minor surgery that could be done there.

Here is what I have been dealing with after talking to Bethany Hines who has a different email address than the business, Lisa, Heather, Sarah, Melissa and the collection outfit Kristen employs. If Action Potential does not have a payment, then that is a mistake on their end because every time I came in the office, Lisa would run it through and ask if I wanted a receipt. So the way you guys have everything set up is prepayment is required. Did you check with Lisa and confirm payment? The past due statement I received in the mail is showing other dates of service than what you were talking about, and this is also creating confusion with all parties. Given my last date of service was months ago, I am finding this irritating since this is the fourth conversation I've had around this subject, including my time and effort.
