It was a $400-600 dollar bike that I used to get to the gym and train station. And still no word on the bike or them looking at the cameras. You can't even get a in touch with the gym. Upstairs they have a full octagon, some wrestling mats, and some speed bags. Needless to say, that is where most of the mixed martial arts training happens. Additionally, there are lockers and shower (one in each bathroom) on site. They run classes everyday for all ages. You get a good mix of people here with men and women ranging in age from 12 - 60+ of varying abilities. There is sparring if you are interested and a number of pros workout here, most notably Joe Lauzon. It doesn't really have the traditional sweat stench of a boxing gym which I am completely fine with.

Very simply, by caring and paying attention. Everything is so well organized. Even the young people who help with lessons are professional beyond their years. The facilities are clean and comfortable, very conducive to learning. There's always such an atmosphere of community and acceptance. Every single teacher there is friendly and understanding, and explains not only how to do the poses, but modifications (to either up- or down- level), and the benefits of the poses and practice. It's really tone deaf and speaks to this organization's lack of sensitivity to the more tender spots, which is weird for a yoga studio.
