I recently visited with a coworker to play pool. When we arrived, a kind older gentleman with white hair and a beard let us know that two tables were available, though both had issues--one had a tear in the felt, and the other had limited lighting. We initially chose the first table, assuming the tear was minor, but after taking a closer look, we realized it was much more significant than expected. We immediately requested to switch to the second table with the lighting issue, which worked out fine for us. However, when it came time to check out, another slightly younger, taller staff member with long brown hair informed us that we would be charged for both tables for the 3-4 hours we were there, even though we only used one. My coworker, who prefers to avoid confrontation, ended up paying. I did ask to speak with the older gentleman we had originally spoken to, but he was busy bartending at the time, and I had to leave to catch my Uber. I believe this situation could have been resolved more fairly with clearer communication. I've always enjoyed coming here for drinks and pool, and we make a point to tip well. That said, this experience was disappointing. While I understand that the establishment may have its challenges, better communication and customer service would go a long way. We're easygoing and patient--especially since we work in the restaurant industry ourselves--but being charged for something we didn't use (that other guests were using--mind you) despite addressing the issue upfront, felt unreasonable. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning. There are other nearby places with well-maintained tables and better customer service that I would likely choose instead. Place was fine, the bar overcharged us by double however. We paid what they asked. But they said 6 miller lites and 3 shots of well whiskey was $85. With no pool table in there. The staff was nice and it's a clean spot, but they don't pay attention. I'm sure some folks get out lucky, we had highway robbery. Visitors beware. read more

This is a great place to chill with friends. They have a bar section in the front along with dining tables. Then at the back of thos lounge, there are pool tables. I believe it was $12 an hour to play at the pool tables. Came here around 10PM on a Friday night and it was pretty fun. Played about 5-6 games then called it a night. The server was very nice and friendly. He kept walking around and asking if everyone was ok, if we needed and drinks or anything. My only wish was that the workers there would wear a mask. But other than that, I had a great time and will be coming back here when I'm in the area. read more

I come here quite often, maybe twice every two weeks!! I usually come when both Bruno and Saulfo are working. They are my favorite bartenders out there. They always take good care of us and ensure we are having a fantastic time. The atmosphere is incredible so props to Leo on making this place look amazing!! This place is wonderful to play pool in, nice vibe, not over crowded.... but the customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. We were not welcomed, we were instead completely ignored. After staring at the bartender/hostess for a few minutes we were acknowledged with a sigh and an eye roll when asked to play pool and get a drink. Then waited for what seemed forever for a "can I help you?"... once again we are here to play pool and have a drink. Another man approached the bar asking to be cashed out, and she jumped on the immediately. I couldn't believe it. We walked out. Pretty disgusting. Well, unfortunately I went here 2 weekends ago after an engagement party nearby. It was bouzouki night. I just don't like club-like places in plazas in the burbs. I had a kiddie cocktail, no cherries? haha But the real reason for the low score was the gross people there, especially those who smoked. Pretty sure the law was in effect 5 years ago. REVISED: I've gone back there a few more times and it is growing on me. But they keep the heat up too high. Located in a large strip mall (just right of Burlington Coat Factory), they pack quite a few tables into the medium sized space. Not a real problem, but you will have to be aware of the players at adjacent tables to avoid interfering with them. The tables are in good shape but the lighting is dim - more typical of a nightclub than a pool hall. The nightclub vibe is clearly present on weekend nights as the music is loud and a number of the patrons seem more interested in hanging out than shooting pool. I think Premier is "18 and over". I also heard a lot of Eastern European accents the last time I was there, so I'm not sure if this is a place for young immigrants to meet and mingle. Drink prices were slightly higher than average (I think I paid $4 for a bottle, no drafts) and the staff is efficient, but not overly friendly. Overall it wasn't my scene, but maybe you'll enjoy it. read more

And I get the feeling the Greek from the Wire is going to pop out at any moment and challenge me to backgammon. Every time I come here, there's like 4 groups of men playing backgammon in the front. Billiards: Pool was $12 per hour on a Monday. It was the most lit up game of pool i can remember. They have softer light over the pool table, but they chose to keep the bright white overhead lights on only. It had an office-like ambiance to it. Tables are well kept and sticks were better maintained than most halls. Ambiance: It was Monday and EMPTY. Still, all they played was house and trance music. For whatever reason, they have hot pink and purple lit curtains. There was no stage or dance floor. There are no TVs in the pool area, only the bar area. Bar area: They have the worst bar I've ever been to. They do not have a tap and only have BASIC bottled beer - Miller, bud, Heineken, corona, dogfishhead. Back in the day that was my hang out spot good for a frape. The tables are in good shape loads of photo hunt type games. Virtual soccer etc.It does help to know the owner and bartenders. Overall I like it. It is 18+ after a certain time and they are strict about carding people. They also have plasmas that show all the games including soccer. read more

Had gone there to play pool. It was quite a lot of fun, we were group of 8 - saturday evening around 7:30 I expected it to be jam-packed, but there was no crowd, which was great. We played $12/hr for pool table which is uhmm - slightly on the up side, but quite reasonable. Quite a few had a couple of drinks as well. We usually go here during the slower nights. Nothing bad to be honest. They know how to make their drinks well and the staff is nice. But otherwise it isn't anything special. It just is what it is- a pool hall with some dj on deck every weekend. The only thing I hate are the hoards of smokers sitting or congregating outside the door. I went here 2-3 times a week for over 2 years. I spent way more than almost anywhere else to play pool, but I liked the atmosphere and it was close to home. I went there last week expecting to get the hour and a half free promotion which is advertised as coming "with ANY purchase", and was told no, it's only for alcoholic drinks. I told them it was not nice to advertise a special and not give it to your customers as advertised. I have been given this special deal many times before by the other staff members, but this one waitress did not want to give it to me. I mentioned that this is the kind of treatment and false advertisement that many businesses get suied for, paid my bill and left. I came back a few days later and was yelled at and told that if I threatened to sue (which i explicitly did not), that I would be kicked out. I was not treated like a respected customer that has spent countless dollars there, I was not given the "customer is always right" attitude, and now I will never go there again because of this. I have brought many friends and family in, people who would never know of the place otherwise, and now they will be loosing a valuable customer due to their lack of respect and honor towards a worthy patron. I am so overwhelmed with anger that now I will drive times further away from home to play pool somewhere where I know I will be respected. In these hard economic times you do not dis-respect one of the few patrons who comes in when the entire place is empty. Sure they get packed on weekends and wednesdays, but 8-11 on a tuesday night they are dead, and they're gonna force a regular to leave? How completely stupid is that? read more

I went here to see a friend sing and what a disaster. I asked about cover charge when I made the reservation and I asked if there was a drink minimum for a table and she told me no. What she failed to tell me was that you had to buy a bottle at the table and they basically TRIPLED the amount of the bottle to stick it to you. I was annoyed to say the least. Spent 80 dollars on two bottles of wine. The girls that work here have no clue. I called the day of the performance and asked if I could arrive early before the show starts and she told me the doors do not open until 9 pm. I said, But you are open now aren't you? Can't I come and hang out at the bar? She said yes we are open now but the doors do not open until 9 pm! HUH???????? I even had my husband call to make sure I didn't misunderstand her and when he called she was so flustered she told him please call when the manager comes in because she had no idea what was going on! It turns out we could arrive early because they were OPEN and we could have hung out at the bar! When I arrived there it seemed laid back until every person from the jersey shore showed up.. Wow, what a crowd. The smokers congregate in front of the place you can't even get through the door. I am a smoker but please Premiere put your smokers away from the door! I didn't enjoy the atmosphere and people look way too young to even be in that place (under 21). I won't be back. read more
