Obviously, we do not matter to this company, and after getting the runaround from their phone representatives, they have no interest in us as customers.

Out of all the insurance agents I spoke with, Cathy asked the most relevant questions and seemed to truly care to try and get us the best rates. She also genuinely seemed happy for our new first home. Cathy got back to me with quotes within a few hours. They were great quotes. Ultimately it didn't work for us as we went with our father-in-law's agent, but the rates were very competitive and the experience overall was great. I can tell this is a quality firm.
