End of Summer 2017, we purchased a Dogwood Tree. Had to wait as the one we saw was sold, and they told us they'd order in another from their supplier. We waited, got it $150.00, and planted. Died within two months. Consensus was from Premier that their supplier had dug it up, put it in a pot, shipped to them, sold to us. Killer was "shock". So it was replaced by Premier with a slow growing Japanese Maple. They came out, planted it in same place. We did as instructed with care, even covering it when hail/snow dropped. It also died. Back to Premier - phone messages, stops at store, etc. No response. So, after being ignored, we dug up the 2nd dead tree, drove over and dropped it on their porch. That, finally, got attention. The owner's son was there - we told him all that had transpired. He followed us to our property and said "our guy planted it in the wrong space, pointed out where the new one should go, said he'd make it right. Two weeks later - nothing, no tree, no phone call, no response. So two days ago, we again went into store. Two days later phone call from "son" of business owner saying we needed to prove we bought 1st tree from them, they didn't have a vehicle/or person of age who came to our property and "maybe someone stole the 2nd tree and planted it in our yard" You have got to be kidding me. Bottom line, now they offer "discount" on a replacement tree. 2yrs and $150 of this BS and I am done. The owners live in Belize, son is running business. We will never do business with them again. $150 learning experience for us :-( read more
