After telling him several times that the access panel of the tub had to be toward the front of the deck and not against the house, he installed the tub incorrectly. When we called to tell him about the issue, he said that he would have to think about how to lift out the tub and turn it around. We called multiple times after that and he did not return our calls. He later texted us that he didn't have a crew that could handle the problem and left us with an unusable tub. He ended up pocketing the money we paid him and now we have to find someone else and pay them to undo what he did.
