I highly recommend Jonathan. The fact that he is a fiduciary was an attractive aspect for my wife…read moreand I. I believe that Jonathan takes that title extremely serious and he is truly looking out for the best for our family. I can really tell that Jonathan's advice and guidance is really tailored to us as a couple and our goals. He really takes the time to educate both my wife and I about all the recommendations or options that we ask him about. He wants to make sure that we understand what we are basing our decision off of, instead of just saying "listen to me, I know what's best for you". He is extremely bright and has a great wealth of knowledge. I have talked to other financial people and Jonathan is definitely one of the most knowledgeable I have ever met. I, myself, was a business major in college and know that Jonathan is a very well-educated and knowledgeable person in the finance realm. He has helped a great deal in our future planning. We are a young couple and while I know some about finance, it is sometimes overwhelming thinking about saving for retirement, kids, house, and the future etc. Jonathan has helped us sort through these significant (future) events and really takes a "backwards" approach in that he looks at what our goals are in life, and then helps us develop a plan to get there. He definitely tailors to our needs and sets up a couple tasks to do each time we have a meeting. We are currently setting up retirement accounts, and insurance to ensure that we are covered and our family is taken care of in case of an unfortunate event and Jonathan is helping us every step of the way. There are many times I've contacted him to ask him questions about my health insurance, life insurance, 401k stuff and he is extremely prompt in responding. I have asked Jonathan about some investment advice and he was more than happy to provide suggestions. Also, he never pressures you to do anything you do not feel comfortable with. He offers suggestions and things to think about but really lets you call the shots with his help. You can literally ask him about anything, and he provides a careful and well-thought out response. I know that sometimes I've asked financial people about certain investments, and they provide very hasty and impulsive advice - sometimes they provide a "one-way" solution. However, I have found that Jonathan always refers back to our goals and ensures that whatever decision we are making align with what we want in life. He places the options in front of you, provides the pros/cons through his research and provides recommendations based on our needs and wants. Jonathan has added so much value by helping us organize our life, make financial decisions, help us save money, and so much more. Lastly, I think one of the greatest things I have noticed about him is that he truly enjoys what he does and genuinely wants to help us get things organized so that we are set up for our future.

Katie Pistininzi at Stephanie Sponder State Farm in Denver came to the rescue! She said, "Let me contact Texas and see what they suggest. I'll call you back." And she did--all with no assurance that she would ever get my business. In the end, Katie connected me with a State Farm agent in Texas whom she had personally spoken with, making what could have been a complicated situation remarkably easy. This is what good customer service looks like: taking the time to help someone simply because you can. Katie was responsive, resourceful and genuinely helpful. I won't forget it. The one thing that was never mentioned was the Drive Safe app or the tracker that comes with the policy. I didn't know anything about this until I received a bill for not setting it up. When the tracker arrived in the mail, I had no idea what it was for. I sent two texts, an email, and left a voicemail to get clarification, but never heard back. The next thing I received was a notice saying I had a past-due balance of $113 for not activating the device. I emailed again and finally got a response. I was told the tracker should have been discussed on our call and that my earlier messages were missed, which you can see in the attached screenshot. Even with that acknowledgment, no accountability was taken. I asked to have the charge removed, explained I would install the tracker, and was told the correction and refund would be handled. I thought everything was resolved, but today I received another message saying I now owe $50 for the time I was not covered. This had never been mentioned until now. It has been surprising to see how quickly the communication changed after signing up. What started as great service has become difficult to sort out. Because of this experience, I do not plan to renew my policy when the term ends unless this situation can be resolved as promised.

I poked my head in to ask him what his business did and when he explained that he specialized in Credit Card processing services, I knew I needed to talk to him immediately. I have been working on a new business for the last 3 months and a big portion of the business will be our ability to process credit cards in a cost effective and efficient way. Alex set up an appointment for me the following week and we met. When I arrived, Alex had already completed an analysis that showed me the different options in the market, their costs, and the benefits associated with each. I can't say enough about the service Alex provided me and the candor with which he did it. I could tell immediately that he was the kind of person that would not engage in business with anyone unless it was beneficial relationship for both people. I could tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Alex went above and beyond and really took the time to explain all the working parts of his business to me and how his service would affect me. If you are a business owner and are looking for the most cost effective way to process credit cards, I highly recommend that you talk with Alex.
