They wouldn't honor her doctor's note And she wouldn't let me accompany her as a parent volunteer either though it was recommended by her pediatrician, because we didn't give enough notice. I would not recommend doing a school field trip here as it is not well managed or staffed. The communication and follow up was also poor.

The history of this bank was started as a place where kids/students can be educated on becoming wise economic consumers and entrepreneurs. This facility was founded by Bill Daniels. My husband was a Daniels fund scholar and I have always been impressed by the priority this foundation has given to educational opportunities for kids. I will say that I am unfamiliar with the bank (it's too far away for my kids to have an account there) so I am not reviewing the day-to-day bank and their staff. I am reviewing the Ameritowne Educational experience. What a well thought out event. The time and details they have put into this place has created an authentic miniature city that gives students an amazing real world experience. First year takes a bit of work educating students in the world of economics, but as they attend the event (4-6th grade) you watch them become expert citizens running this city with intellectual authority and professionalism. Your children are who we will one day hand our country to. As you watch this event unfold you will be so incredibly proud of the leaders this program is building up!
