After paying for parking, I went to pick up my order, which had been placed 4 days ago. After getting the verification email, I've called to twice to verify the availability to pick up my order with their hours of service. When I arrived, 6 people were waiting in line, with one employee. Waited 10 minutes and the line moved for only 1 customer. I do not have the time for this to take an hour to pick up an order. I'm sure this place is great...when's it's open. Arrived at 2pm on a Friday, the lady working there said they are closed till 4:30pm. Okay cool, I went to a cafe and then came back. Now they are closed for the rest of the day. Maybe better rates than the airport, but I wouldn't know because I had to pay for parking and waiting elsewhere, which probably cost me more than exchanging at the airport, and isn't out of my way for my destination. I was told they could not exchange currency without 48hr notice. Also, the associate was very short with me and when I was standing there waiting for his attention, he just looked up and said "what do you need?" Not as bad as "what do you want?" Not as good as "what can I help you with?" And when I asked if he knew any other currency exchanges he said "no." Which is fine but there was no apology in his voice. Ordered what I wanted online and received an email informing my order was ready. I called to check if they would be open on Memorial Day and the call was transferred to another location. The associate kindly informed me they were not going to be open. Appreciated his help. Went on a Sunday and they are open. Waited in line and finally got to the front. Once it was our turn, things went quickly. The associate looked up my order and proceeded to count out the currency. I paid. Conversation all the way. I've had great experience with exchanging currency as needed. My only concern is that I arrived at the facility during what was indicated as the open hours, only to learn that employees were at lunch. I had to wait over an hour for someone to return, only to realize that the employees were sitting next to me while I waited! It would be helpful if the published hours included a designated lunch time so that clients don't experience what I did. read more

'm a planner, but dropped the ball on getting some money exchanged for our trip to Mexico. I called this store the day before I was leaving hoping they could help me out. Chana answered the phone, was quick and courteous and patiently listened to me explain what I needed. She checked her drawer, asked how much I needed, and shared that she would hold a set amount for me until I could get there that afternoon. I got to the kiosk and Chana was at the desk and greeted me and recalled our phone call from earlier. We had a nice conversation about the mall and working there around the holidays while she did what she needed to do to process my exchange. She was welcoming, informative and up front with all the information and rates. The entire experience was about 10 minutes and Chana was fun to work with. It's nice to find great, friendly service and a job well done at the same time. The company seems to have a system that is fast and transparent with fair pricing. read more

I am not happy with their services. The first time late last year was flawless. However, I placed an order recently and they cancelled my order at 7 days (they email when it is ready, but do not tell you when that will be so I showed up at 8 days and they had already sent it back...ok, on me.). Then I resubmitted my order, showed up on day 2, and the person hadn't shown up for work. I drove a total of 2 hours between these two attempts, paid for parking both times and still need my currency. Customer service has nothing to offer. Call local numer before you go. read more

CXI Currency Exchange in the Cherry Creek Mall is a joke They should be put out of business. Placed an order on 7/10/24 for $ 4000.00 to be exchanged into 3 different currencies : Euros, Romanian and Hungarian. Nobody called us to let us know it came in. So we drove from Thornton Co. to the Cherry Creek office in the Mall to pick up the currencies. We were told that if we pay with a credit card that they can do only $ 2000.00 per day ? So we had to come back the next day and finish the transaction for another $ 2000.00. ? Also they try to charge us more for the exchange than as per the order. Our credit cards did not work to get some currency out on this trip because they have a spending limit of $ 1700 per day so we did not accomplish anything. If we knew we had to bring cash we would have done so. Waste of time. Nowhere was specified in our order the credit card rules. The young lady at the desk was nice but not very experienced and right away she try to charge us more extra fees than the amount we had on our order. Avoid this place .This Company as a whole is INCOMPETENT and DISHONEST. read more

Convenient location in center mall kiosk. Have used both online ordering and walk up services. Easy and quick exchanges but buy-back prices are almost a scam. Only get what you really need or else expect to lose money if you need to exchange back to US dollars. read more
