It's tricky to find this location due to construction but it's on the north end of the airport. Walk towards international arrivals on level 5th and there is signage pointing the way to it. The fees are higher and rates of exchange not as favorable as outside of the airport. However since I was there I decided not to deal with driving and parking for the other currency exchanges. Ease of transaction and fast. It is costly but worth it to be able to tip up front as soon as I arrive in another country.

I used this service before with few issues. This time I was leaving for a trip to China and was scheduled to get currency when they opened. There was a family ahead of me that was running up against missing their flight. The person at the counter was late to open and was extremely slow. I was getting anxious for them. This was not a positive experience and I don't think I received a reasonable exchange rate. I will try to find an alternative. read more

Can an airport money exchange center be awesome? Maybe but this is certainly just middle of the road. Daily board with exchange rates. Only lists about eleven or twelve forms of currency. The actual stations hold about twenty. Does seem to be seasonal with what they have. I'm sure they do hold obscure currencies but only about $100 worth. If you want to change serious coin stop in at a proper bank location. You: " I would like X amount of X currency please." Them: "With today's rare, that will be X currency." You can even get your money in a nice paper envelope if you so choose! Nothing overly spectacular from counter friendliness to the transaction but it works in a pinch. As I said before, planning to exchange money before a trip or even back in the country, stop in at your local bank. The rates are not the best but if you forgot and need to exchange in a hurry this place will do. Fairly straight forward. Some airport employees can exchange minus the change fee. Seems to depend on who you are dealing with that day and time. Haven't noticed a lot of consistencies between terminals on that policy. read more

Horrible horrible service. Racist and Terrible service. I cannot begin to express how horrible my experience was. Their web site is a lie and the staff is racist. They wouldn't give me an exchange to British pounds unless I gave them my occupational history, my source of the money and my SSN. The email From them was a lie. They add additional fees to the cost to exchange and when I questioned this the lady behind the glass refused to service me. I was polite and calm the entire time. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.
