Robyn Trinci was the worst person to work with. She got upset because I told her to communicate with me via email to have a paper trail going forward because she was not reliable communicating, whatsoever. Then she completely ghosted me! Buying your first home is a daunting process and she was absolutely the worst person I could have come in contact with. Nevertheless, New American Funding was able to step in and get my loan approved without any communication issues or negative energy. I would never recommend her! I would actually run far away from this company, check their yelp reviews totally different vibe than these google reviews. By the grace of god after the first false call, I reached out to a secondary lender and got the process taken care of, emailed her and STILL haven't heard back. So I had the builder contact her and tell her that I was not moving forward with Inspire and that is SOLELY due to Robyn Trinci.

They asked for more documentation then either my wife or I have ever encountered requesting documentation that she didn't own her ex-husbands property (note: they've bee divorced over 10 years and she has bought 2 properties since then.) Almost 3 weeks after closing and funding they started demanding new information and had new terms on the loan. They then threatened to default the loan when the documentation could not be provided or even exist. The owner has called and we've been playing phone tag for more than a week. Their web site promises a satisfaction guarantee that my broker (note: I have previously worked with this broker when he was at other places and things went smoothly) never mentioned and they have not honored. STAY AWAY!
