This company is a scam. I canceled two moves I was paying for, well ahead of the move date. They found every excuse to not refund me my money. Ty, Alyx, Brie and Lisa - all are scam artists. I lost almost $2k. I will be filing a lawsuit against this entity. By the way, no moving company will ever ask about cubic feet. A legit moving company will always do a in home assessment or a virtual one. They need to see what you're moving. Stay away from this company. ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE!!! I cannot express how terrible, frustrating, embarrassing, exhausting, and unprofessional my whole move was. I had originally paid Premier Global Van Lines $1289 as my deposit. I should've cancelled when Najjar Bros. were three days and four times late for pickup but I had already moved across country and had my back against the wall. I asked for my stuff from storage and kept getting "dispatch will call you to schedule" but it took WEEKS for anyone to schedule anything. Then finally the owner(?) called and said he was flying someone out from NJ and to "kindly, kindly" keep in touch with him and be patient and be prepared to pay the remaining amount. I was wayyy overcharged (2600) for pickup because of my cu sqft but nobody actually measured. I didn't get a copy of the contract, bill of lading, sticker log, etc. At 11 pm Thursday night, I got a text that my stuff is coming Friday evening. This left me little time to prepare (I had an eye appt) but was so happy to just have my stuff. It ended up being $700+ than what was quoted earlier that night. These BOYS showed up in Adidas slides, no dolly, no paperwork, and hours late. Everything that wasn't in a box is pretty much broken/damaged. I was on the street unloading for HOURS crying in front of my building security guards who eventually helped me carry my stuff. These boys charged me a $300 walking fee for over 75 ft to my door (my leasing team measured the distance for me and I was scammed on that too) and then hired a HOMELESS MAN to move my stuff to my door!! I could not believe how UNPREPARED and UNPROFESSIONAL this whole thing was. I told them nobody off the street needs to handle my stuff or know where I live so one kid actually understood my concern and sent him away. I was thankful for the help but the fact that I just paid $300 to get these two boys to move my stuff and they go behind my back and somehow arrange a deal with a man off the streets is ridiculous! This company scams you out of your money, will not accept responsibility for added costs or broken items, is currently doing business in an illegal and unethical manner... bait and switch, fraud, misrepresentation, beach of contract. Filing complaints with BBB, DOT, FMCSA, and AG offices doesn't help. Best to hire an attorney to Hopefully get resolution. Class action suit against this company and others like them may get some relief by at least putting them out of business. Maybe adding DOT to the suit would help get action from DOT to put these "moving" companies out of business. They are a scam!!! read more

Premier Global Van Lines is a moving company that helps smaller moving companies run scams..... Premier Global Van Lines (PGVL) is not a moving company that actually does the move for you.....they are brokers that find small moving company to help them to perpetrate fraud on people who are simply looking to arrange their moves. PGVL gets you to put down a deposit with a low ball quote to then have a smaller company come in and double or even triple your quote. The 2 companies split the money. They wait until your belongings are loaded on the truck to inform you that your price is now thousands of dollars more than you were originally quoted. If you asked them to cancel your move they then refuse to return your deposit....that's called extortion. They know they have you and your money right where they want you. This company is nothing but a scam.....stay as far away as possible. Always ask who they'll be sending out to do your actual move. Don't give them any money before you know who they're sending so you have time to check out that company. If you have done business with this company and they have scammed you report it to DOT, BBB, Attorney General Office Consumer Protection and make sure you put reviews on FB, Instagram, Yelp and Google reviews....get the word out there as much as possible. This company is a liar and scam artist and they never tell the truth and like all the other reviews as I found out today that they do try to Raise double and triple the amount requested originally by their original contract before the moving truck arrives they try will try to keep your deposit and not honor the 72 hour cancellation notice that is right on their front page they then threatened to sue you if you ask for your money back the representative A. Harris has to be the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to on the phone she is unprofessional and doesn't care about anybody's feelings other than how to rip you off from your money if you read posts and do your research this company is a scam a 100 % complete scam stay away from them. read more

do not use this company! brooke lied about everything. she never took my phone calls when we enquired about our furniture. we got our belongings 5 days after promised. we had to spend a lot of mobey staying in hotels. the price was raised two days before they picked everything up! we had to pay more to wrap things that they promised they would wrap. when they arrived they demanded cash before they would unload. then they just left everything on the loading dock of our apt building.the worse company i have ever dealt with. do not use! yelp is forcing me to select a star rating before posting. that is the only reason i give it one star. if it was up to me, it would be minus 10 stars! read more

If you VALUE your belongings, your money and most importantly, your TIME, you will NOT use Premiere Global Vanlines ever. The truck arrived at my house to move me a day and a half late! PVL told me that they have an arrangement with state police agencies to move domestic abuse victims out of their homes and that's why my movers were late. The "abuse" victims take president over the customers. The driver of the truck, when they finally arrived, had no idea what PGV was talking about and laughed at the made up excuse. I was told repeatedly that PGV is NOT a BROKER. Well they brokered my move out to another broker who then brokered my move out to an independent contractor. The dispatch person that called me for a final count as to what I was moving, was rude and belligerent with me when I dared to question the amount she was charging me. I am retired and I question every dollar as should everyone when dealing with such a shady company. Needless to say my final bill was double what I was originally told it would be by PGV who would not take a personal check and wanted a wire right then. Also, I had to pay $30 to wire money to them and was told I would be reimbursed. How will I be reimbursed? They are done with me. If you are smart, you will search for a LOCAL mover who will not pass you along to one broker after another. Take it from me, I have learned the hard way. read more

This is not even a legit company. They have so many lanes of scamming you its not even funny. DO NOT BOOK!! THEY GREATLY underbid your estimate, only to get your "certified funds" for deposit - which they WILL not REFUND. Then on moving day, they either will not show up, or show up days late... and then only bring half of what you need...then accuse you of under reporting your inventory and demand a higher payment before they start. Well by that time you have NO OPTIONS because its MOVING DAY and they know it. This is a broker! Your stuff will be packed in with other peoples on a huge truck. DO NOT TRUST their estimate!!! This is a total scam and they should be investigated by the FBI. We are currently fighting with them through our credit card and they have falsified documents and changed words (good thing I kept all the originals and emails!!). Stay away, stay far away. They are brokers who hand off your business to very shady companies. Then, when you get cheated by the company that they stick stuck with, they say it is out of their hands and won't help. Total rip off. Word of advice, don't sign up with any moving company who gives you a quote over the phone. they have to come and actually see everything that you are moving to give you an accurate quote. They lowballed me over the phone and then once the movers had everything loaded they told me it was twice as much as the quote. But now everything is one the truck, so what can you do? Then, I find out that the truck isn't the one that will deliver to my new house (different state). I was promised a specific delivery date. When that date came and went, I was told that if I wanted my belongings it would cost me even more money! Twelve days after we paid the "ransom" the truck arrived with only the driver. No one else to help unload, even though the contract said they would provide three qualified movers. Fortunately, our neighbors helped us unload the truck. We filed a claim with CSI and agreed on a settlement, but after two months of not receiving the settlement check, I was told that they just arrive at the amount, but the moving company has to pay it. What a joke. They were the crooks in the first place, they won't pay the claim! It will cost more that the claim is worth to sue them, which is what they count one. What a nightmare! read more
