Our home's…read more30foot long E wall had a lot of visible block-mortar lines and 'shadows - like looking at a map on the wall of the block shapes and mortar lines and paths- but NOT ONE CRACK. This knowledgeable and kind pro (w a solid engineering background) explained this was not a stairstep cracking situation (again, NO CRACKS). But rather the well-worn dull flat paint film was revealing what was underneath. Differing expansion and contraction rates of the three 'actors in the play' {blocks, stucco and mortar} was causing what we saw... resulting in it all being so visible (the mortar paths and block shapes). But AGAIN.. NO cracks. The solution? A properly applied high quality elastomeric paint would protect this E wall and essentially serve to bind it all together, on top of it all. We had bought the house in 2020 and it had been freshly painted but w a rather thin contractor-grade latex.. which hid these otherwise visible patterns (nothing dishonest on part of the sellers.. they just painted the house is all). Wow! Nobody out for our hard-earned $$ here,, no siree! [Another company, Stable Foundations (Ft White FL), had also been out and was recommending 6 helical piers to amount of some $11 to $13 thousand dollars. One relevant factor here (in their defense) in this glaring difference of recommendations is, I believe, experience and knowledge. But there IS the solid fact of zero cracks; just visible mortar and block patterns due to the faded thin paint film in need of updating]. Well which one would YOU trust and put your confidence in for having your best interests in 1st place? They assisted us with 3 major projects: PROJECT 1: Renovation of an entire office suite that connected to my current office suite. With that renovation they installed all the framing, drywall, all trim (baseboards and doors), and all the painting. They were professional and worked around my needs and schedule. They were very conscientious of the fact that they were renovating in an operating office and took all necessary precautions to keep their work area clean and organized and to eliminate as much noise as possible. They charged a fair price, and the work done was top-notch so I hired them for another project. PROJECT 2: Renovation of a second office suite connected to my existing office suites. With that renovation they again installed all the framing, drywall, and all trim (baseboards and doors). In addition, they assisted with the design all the cabinetry and they installed it all as well. They also installed new tile in one of the bathrooms (floor and shower). All work again was done in a professional manner and they cleaned up each day after their work was completed. They charged a fair price, and again all the work done was top-notch so I hired them for a third project. PROJECT 3: Extension and renovation of front lobby. With that project, I needed them to get the work completed from start to finish in one week. This project required them to coordinate with other trades to complete the project in such a short amount of time. They showed up when they were supposed to show up and did all the work required in a professional manner. Our lobby was opened for guests by the deadline! Guests at my office regularly pay us complements on how beautiful our office is and a lot of that is because of the beautiful work this company did with the three projects. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again for our next project which will be a complete renovation of our home.

Electrical not finish upstairs, bathroom switch put in wrong place and not up to code. Can lights never wired and switches in bedroom not even connected. Missing ac covers, crushed duct work in attic from moving or adding vent. Baseboards not completed. Bathtub/flooring sealed. Ceiling not painted completely. Holes on ceiling not covered. Let's move to the stair case next, they used silicone caulking to secure the vinyl boarding to the stairs. Now stairs falling apart not to mention they didn't finish the stairway or the hole they left for plumbing in upstairs bath. Now let's move downstairs can lights not installed in the bedrooms and additional vent in master bedroom never installed . Also was suppose to move a vent never done. Holes in ceiling never fixed. The doorway to the bedroom not completed. Caulking in bathroom not done. Now let's visit the bathroom they tore apart painted half never finished installing bathtub after continuous excuses. Sink never finished cement wall board never installed, plumbing never done. Tile not installed and toilet not installed. Now the garage installed side door that's not working and was suppose to install beam in garage. Never happened. This job started on April 1 2025 and Steve and Brandon did show up most of the time until Steve got his last draw and promised they would be done in 2 weeks that was on August 25th they came 2 more times and a bunch of excuses on why they couldn't come back and finish. Last I heard on September 19 he and Brandon would be there Monday 22. That day came and went and still no sign or word from them. I paid them all there draws and material costs have all the canceled checks. But they skipped town. I have had an electrician come and fix the problems they left me with as well as an Ac person come and fix the problems Kova contracting left. I will be in the coming weeks. Have a plumber come and other trades to try and get the work done that I paid for already. So this is not a good review. I would post the other photos but apparently there is a limit

He was very fair with the pricing and also honest about what to expect. This was our first remodel experience and it was beyond what we expected. The subcontractors were all very professional and talented. Quincey was instrumental in guiding me on design choices (he's got a great eye). The most impressive was the fact that they finished a day early!! We were so impressed with the workmanship and final product that we booked another project with them!
