Corners were cut, details were overlooked, and the final result was an incomplete fence with panels and gates installed backward, along with other bent or damaged pieces requiring multiple repairs that was not resolved in a single return visit. The foreman, Gerardo, was rarely on-site, communication was difficult, and I had to follow up for over five weeks to get the job completed correctly. Owner Gio also failed to follow through on commitments made to address our concerns. When investing in a fence, quality matters for long-term integrity and durability of the installation. Based on the poor workmanship, lack of supervision, and the need for repeated follow-up to correct issues, I strongly DO NOT recommend this company.

I had another fairly well known fence company come out for a quote and he refused to deal with the fencing because it was "snap rail". The guy actually got a little snotty with me because "his office girl was supposed to have weeded this kind of thing out before he drove all the way over". Insert eye roll and chuckle here. The communication was not there! Now with regards to the vinyl fence, I have called every day for over 2 weeks plus writing them several times (over 15 calls). They have never called me back. I can understand if there are staffing issues or they cannot get the fence but they are not communicating any of that. It saddens me to have to post this of a veteran owned local company, but I strongly suggest you not use this company. Their lack of response is just poor business practice there is no other way to put it.
