He's polite, respectful, and always focuses on safety and awareness. He's great at catching and correcting bad habits quickly--like drifting out of your lane, fixated vision or steering incorrectly. He also teaches you how to drive with a sense of urgency when needed to stay out of harm's way. If you want an amazing instructor, definitely select Marcus' name when booking online.

This lady absolutely does not deserve to be an instructor. Strict, mean, slammed onto the brakes multiple times NONE of them being safety reasons. Just because she wanted to. Made me cry. And the funny thing is of course I passed my driving test at the dmv LOL. But what I want to say is if you are thinking of choosing this school. DONT.. My other friend also said that Margarita was a horrible person to be an instructor as well. Hope she gets removed from this facility.

The other school said they have heard of him and actually ahvea concerns that he may not have a valid license anymore (that's not verified). Well after not being able to drive for 3 years after my brain surgery i decided to give driving a shot with the "driving program" at a local hospital which turned out to be a SCAM because the "therapist" never even took me behind the wheel after a 6 month program (BEFORE THE DRIVE TEST). So at the time my parents helped me find this place , a place that would work with someone with a disability and it just so happened to turn out that Jim Gleason pulls up and we had a little reunion with my parents after literally not seeing Jim since I was like 17! I am 40 now. Anyway point here is that Jim is SO patient and motivating and more than that he's understanding . Just wanted to boast about this man because this is the 2nd time in a span of around 23 years that he helped me regain my freedom , confidence , a job and because of him I am able to drive to work church or where ever I need to be! THANK YOU JIM I'll never forget you. I came on here 9 YEARS later because someone on the SM community page is asking for recommendations for a good driving school and so I had to show some love. I'm SO appreciative! Picture was taken in 2017 when I passed my 2nd driving test (IN THE RAIN!) with the help of Jim Gleason at American Driving School.
